Ya I buy things off craigslist and sell, but I was just SAYING! It could and does happen.

don't be stupid and think a bank makes you safe.

I feel pretty safe inside banks. Now my fragile fiat currency... that's a different story... Cheesy

Geez, Caiapfas!  Shocked

I liked your first post, but now I'm guessing you don't even buy things off craigslist given there isn't any safe place to meet.

I'm in Phoenix, but I could probably do this if she wants to meet in the middle, like Casa Grande or something.

Thanks, Tomatocage -- I'll check to see if she could do that.

I agree with Caiapfas, btw -- I was going to suggest meeting inside a bank or shopping mall. It's an odd situation in itself to say, "hey I found a guy who can hand off some money for me, go ahead and meet him here..."

It's frustrating I can't just do this through PayPal or a wire. Apparently giving money charitably, but anonymously is just too big of a deal these days.

Hi guys--

I'm trying to send $400 anonymously to someone in Tucson, AZ. I'm new to Bitcoin, but it seems like the best way to pull it off.

Unfortunately, she's not that computer savvy and is intimidated by Bitcoin.

I was thinking I could just trade the $400 worth of BTC to someone who is a user in Tucson + some fee to just hand her the cash equivalent at a trading spot. What that work?

Or is there a better way to to this?

Thanks in advance!
