No retroactive terms. Pointless in enacting this without it. A few people have made tons of puppet accounts and will collect a massive percent already.
I have decided to do a little math because so many people keep complaining about others making fake accounts and how those few people are going to control most of NEM.
Now say we hit 4000 share holders that is 4,000,000,000/4000= 1,000,000 each or 1,000,000/4,000,000,00=0.00025 percent that means that one pledge give you .00025 percent of Nem so in order to control a significant share of Nem say 8% you would need to run 320 accounts.... Not saying that this isnt happening but I cant see that many people being that motivated to do this. Regardless with how the creators of Nem have set up the share distribution system it highly negates the affects that multiple accounts have on the overall control of this coin.
