What percentage of the development of this project? is it halfway? many are interested in this, hopefully this will make the team more enthusiastic to complete this project by achieving success.
In order to answer I have to specify main milestones of the development of the oilfields - exploration and appraisal ( incl. confirmation of reserves ) I.e.green field - pilot production I.e. Green to brown - full scale development I.e. Brown field Within the overall of our acquisitions - one field - high profile exploration (might be major project in the future ) - one field on the appraisal stage I.e. Reserves confirmed - four fields on the pilot production stages Thee biggest issue with the oilfields development is confirmation of reserve ,ounce you have it it's easy to obtain financing partner to develop the fields |

How much time passes from the moment of the beginning of mine to the intermediate results?
And has it ever happened that during the mine process the resource stocks were not confirmed?
if i understood your questions correctly - most of our acquisition targets are in production in order to increase production we have to invest - in some cases our targets oilfields are in development stage (I.e.reserves confirmed but no production yet ) For those fields we plan to invest to bring then into production - to develop fields to full scale production usually takes one -two years but you can recover your costs and get positive cash flow from the beginning of production ,it's stipulated in the ProduCtion Sharing Agreement - production can be only started on the oilfields with confirmed and audited reserves |

I must admit that this is quite an interesting idea. But do you have a permit for oil production in Russia or in another territory?
We operate in MENA (Middle East North Africa )countries ,Russia is optional. |

The size of reserves is 227 mln Boe ( 60% oil,40% gas),plus 500 mln Boe potential recoverable resources on P50 case (probability more than 50 %) Quality Oman - 39API (light premium crude),Egypt -36 API (light crude ),Algeria -32API The company reserve sufficient enough for 15 year of annual production of 9-10 mln Boe and appr 350-400 mln USD free cash flow annually . |

Not in this stage . We mostly engage in exploration appraisal and development of conventional reserves which less costly (in both OPEX and CAPEX terms )and more profitable |

We operate under production sharing agreement contract I.e. We either acquire stake in existing contract (most likely an operatorship) or in some cases take part at the government bidding round |

Just wow. Pretty solid plan there. But how do we know this project is legit and the people's profile in the website of yours are true? Anyone can create a profile of their own and published without care who reads it.
Some of the people here in the forum had stayed here long enough to realize there are real scam and most of these projects are almost unbelievable as they are flying too close to the sun.

I do not understand. Why did the company with the already developed business suddenly decide to distribute its shares. While in the form of digital tokens. If the company is doing well. Why should she attract additional funds in this way?
We are still at the development stage (please see WP) therefore we decide to conduct security token offering together with traditional private placement |

With such an idea, it seems to me that you will have problems with the SEC? The project is already looking for problems from its beginning.
Our token is security token (digital form of company shares ) therefore in the United States we can offer this token to QIB ( qualified institutional buyers ) only .Our offering in US will be governed by Reg D ,Reg S ,Reg A-plus and rule 144a . |

Yes Company dividend policy in line with best industry practice for similar type activity . I.e. We plan to distribute min 50% of profit to token holders annually |

The project token HC8 is a smart contract of the ERC20 standard on the Etherium network. The beginning of the tokensale is August 08 at 08:08 UTC. Since the distribution of tokens is fully managed by a smart contract, payments can only be made in Ethers. In response to received Ethers, the smart contract will generate a corresponding number of tokens HC8 and send back to the Etherium address from which the ETH were received. The address of the smart contract will be published on the ICO page before the start of the ICO. We did not plan a special bounty program, but for early buyers, substantial discounts are planned for the sale of the first tokens.
