Yes, unfortunately with difficulty and electricity taking most of the profits at the moment, it's almost a case of selective mining to hold against (possible) future price increases. Not a bad idea to spread the rigs out as long as the people are aware and also get compensated.

And please whichever coin or coins you do choose at the end of the day, please keep your wallet or exchange details safe!!! Its great to start buying coins and investing even if its a small amount every month but if you lose your wallet details, there is no retrieval.

Just be careful to not get caught up in the hype of new coins, unfortunately a lot of coins have become pump and dump scenarios where a lot of people get caught in the buying frenzy and then the coin gets dumped and they lose a lot of money.

It would be fantastic if Eth went to $2500 but i just don't see it happening in the short term, there would have to be a massive injection of new capital pouring in as well as very positive news to drive it to that price level.

Volume and pricing are important in a coin but long term what about actual use cases for these coins, is there development in them and if so is it unique and value can be derived from it.

It does seem to be holding at these prices so hopefully as you say we can build from this point. A strong base to absorb shocks and bounce from will be key psychologically.
