1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin situation on: August 06, 2018, 04:53:08 AM
All these experts say this and that, well,  we'll all be here after 2018 to see how their predictions fair. Experts or no experts, prices will fall and surely rise.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to use your brain on: August 06, 2018, 12:50:20 AM
A balanced one. Very informative and straight to the point, hitting the bull right in the eyes. Use Your Brain. Thanks for this insight,  these and more are needed to avoid been super or scammed in this crypto world..  Greatest regret would be to learn from ones mistakes after reading all these pieces.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: August 06, 2018, 12:37:24 AM
It has no competition?  Maybe for now. Other coins are jostling to be at the front too, just that bitcoin is going to hold that mace for long. Anything could happen and another coin overtakes it. What if any of these 1st world country launches their own coin and it booms.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in Indonesia is not legal on: August 06, 2018, 12:15:04 AM
In the short run, yes, long run no. Your country is not the first to regulate its circulation  other countries of the world are following suit too. I think with these regulations, governments are taking a hard stance in it and are not ready to back down anytime soon, but, they will. Religion could have informed your country's decision as well.  When the big guns start embracing crypto, we'll be here seeing other countries relaxing the rules.
5  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the connection between a project and its tokens? on: August 05, 2018, 11:51:51 PM
By now, you would have received sufficient information you craved and needed. I'm glad I stumbled on this as it has given me more insight into how this operates. Cheers to the future rewards from future projects to Newbies here.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PONZI SCAMS ARE STARTING TO RISE on: August 05, 2018, 11:00:25 PM
All in the guise of making quick returns on investment, some people believe anything said or thrown at them just like this.  This is serious giving the cryptocurrency as a whole a bad name and publicity as the imminent failure of this scheme would be put on cryptocurrency and not the people's greediness.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin isn't a legit currency. on: August 05, 2018, 07:25:41 PM
A beautiful write-up. I like the way you presented your points with examples and sources to validate your claim. Bitcoin sure has many hurdles to cross before it becomes a global currency that's if it's possible. Because, these points make it look as sure as dead on that global currency part.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bill Gate against investing into bitcoin? on: August 05, 2018, 06:44:08 PM
Do not blame him. Being a rich man himself, he knows the risk and all involved with some investments  and owing to the virtual nature of these coins, he is not ready to lose a quarter of his life's worth on some things that could turn out worse.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when being scammed on: August 05, 2018, 06:22:24 PM
Bad news. It's all gone. Others can only learn through this. Trust no one but your instincts. Carry out due and diligent research. May you and us all not for victim to these scanners loitering around again. Sorry for the loss.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is DEAD on: August 05, 2018, 05:31:28 PM
Even if it will die, it has to be gradual, its death can't come like that. Failed transactions do occur even in banks, it doesn't mean the banking sector will collapse. Bitcoin can't die. I know for sure another topic or thread will be created in 2020 to talk about bitcoin death. It has always been the same thing
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What you do when someone say bitcoin is illegal thing? on: August 05, 2018, 02:38:57 PM
You don't have to blame this people. We're like that too one way or the other before joining the crypto world. Government bans and the media itself is not helping matters. And that's not to talk about the not too encouraging price issues, failed ICOs scams here and there among others. All these and many more is shaping some people mind against crypto.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your investment strategy? on: August 05, 2018, 02:00:35 PM
No two ways about it. Buy when you see others panicking about market situations, then, you sell when price appreciates. It can take months or years of course, but, that is the beauty of this cryptocurrency. Where on that waiting note, you could as well search for more coins to buy, though, the ones that would appreciate well too. No one is running crypto charity by investing anyhow.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Nothing can stop Bitcoin! Big News! on: August 05, 2018, 01:14:10 PM
A good news indeed. Now,  the door is opened to more potential investors which in the long run would make for its worldwide acceptability or acceptance. Let countries follow suit.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My picks for 2018 on: August 05, 2018, 11:15:49 AM
Superb list there. Would do a little research on some of the coins listed here that I practically know little or nothing about. But, 2018 is winding down, this coin should be making the headlines now or I'm too forward with it. Just thinking out loud.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: life of a trader on: August 05, 2018, 08:14:46 AM
Life of a trader in this business is pinned and isn't spent outside the computer. You're glued to it, watching out for prices and coins to invest in. It is  no easy life, especially, for beginners  as time goes on,  one gets used to it if you're into it full time or part time notwithstanding
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The longer the bounty, the fewer the earnings? on: August 04, 2018, 06:18:36 PM
You are right here. The more its delayed, the more it allows more people to reg and join the campaign which automatically makes it more people sharing the little tokens on offer. This itself is a big issue.  I think there should be a rewarding scheme for those who have been  on the campaign earlier or longer.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to become Bounty Manager with Good Project? on: August 04, 2018, 01:54:06 PM
Exactly the same thing on my mind. Been longing to ask this particular question too. Also,  I will like to ask if ones rank determine being one too?  Can any rank other than Member and above manage a bounty?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Give me suggestion! I already lost my money. on: August 04, 2018, 12:17:11 PM
That is really a sad news to hear. Sorry for your loss. Try and learn from your mistakes and make sure you do not leave out openings again either from you or third party. If it due to price,  you will definitely bounce back real good. Just invest in coins that are promising and trust me, you will surely have a good story to share next time.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters Dump Always? on: August 04, 2018, 08:30:59 AM
Learning here. It is safe to say since they are not investors but an advertiser,  they would be eager to drop especially after been involved in works that last months. The financial rewards that follow such hard work make it hard for them to wait. They will always be eager to sell or dump even at ridiculous prices.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Give me suggestion! I already lost my money. on: August 04, 2018, 04:41:22 AM
You will bounce back good. Just be on the look out for profitable coins and invest in where you know it's going to worth it. This is one part of investment even outside crypto that no one wants to be part of.  Hold the ones you have and monitor the market situations.
