My bitcoin balance has just gone to zero on ghash, but there's no sign of any withdrawal! (It's nowhere near the auo payout threshold as well)
Has this happened to anyone else?
I have the same problem, today morning I received this from cex.io. Thank you for updating us on this matter. Auto Payout was triggered, and got stuck because of an error, which we are still investigating. Please check back later today to check if the problem is resolved. We also have an ongoing issue with the transaction history logs not presenting properly, this will be resolved ASAP. https://support.cex.io/hc/en-us/articles/202931483-30-Jul-2014-Missing-records-in-balanceWe apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and thank you for your patience. Best Regards, Daniel CEX.IO Support

But the problem is that one card of one of S3's is not working at all!
I have checked everything power, cabling, anything I can imagine but it persist and not working at all!
Any ideas what should I do?
Did you try moving the cables to the other ports? Otherwise, I would open it up and look for any loose connections. Sometimes things get knocked loose during shipping. Yes, tried it and open it up as well but found no problem yet! Checked the controller cable, changed it with the other one! But absolutely nothing happened yet! It happen during shipping with one of my S1, check for any loose capacitors or inductors on pcb.

... a few hours' delay in sending coins to user's wallet in a few more hours = 1 day, something is not right, time to move to another pool

No one is being forced to buy. Those that are good at math will sit on the fence.
Good in math for 0.885 ? price is way to high, with this price ROI = 3 months maybe more depends how much you pay for electricity, bitcoin price and difficulty, after that you will be making what ? $1/day --> http://www.vnbitcoin.org/bitcoincalculator.php

Not sure if this is the right place.
Bought 2x S1's yesterday. I received an invoice via email but no confirmation of payment. Blockchain confirms payment. Bitmain's site confirms payment. But no email.
Have other people experienced this? i.e. is this normal or should I be worried?
How long has it been taking from purchase to being shipped ?
hi, it is normal for bitmain, they stop shipping next day air, regular ups, I think 5 business days.

Anyone else NOT been able to access bitmain's website? I check it every couple of days to see if anything is in stock again, but getting nothing today. Yep, down. They were up and selling early today. If you go to 112bit they have listed over 2800 in stock for $404 USD, I would pay with BTC but I use Coinbase not Bitpay. Dang, I need one more. I ordered earlier today, hope it doesn't get messed up... Ditto. I payed in full but didn't recieve a confirmation email. BTC is gone from the address I sent to. They do not send confirmation e mails, only when order are shipped, I paid them Monday hopefully website will be up again tonight.
