I've been working on this for about a week. Support has been helpful, but there is a language barrier.
BTCe stopped sending automated confirmation emails to certain email addresses a week or so ago.
Comments in the "trollbox" show this. See:

A number of your customers are not able withdraw BTC, LTC, NMC, NVc... you name it.
Please fix this.
p.s. The "BTCe doesn't send withdrawal confirmation email" problem is also apparent on bitcointalk.org.

Thanks. For the record (since many complaints about BTC-e end up on bitcointalk), BTC-e informed me that they were seeing my email provider bouncing messages (which should have been visible to me but was not), so in this instance, BTC-e's trading system was not at fault.
