1  Economy / Computer hardware / 16.93 MH/s Scrypt Mining Farm for Sale on: March 21, 2014, 02:58:24 AM
Photo Album - http://imgur.com/a/wUsdV#0

Price is $13,000 USD OBO. I will accept Chase Instant Pay, Bitcoin, or Litecoin.

Your looking at a beast of a mining farm running at 16.93 MH/s or 16,930 KH/s. This mining farm has been running for 3 weeks and has mined dogecoin, litecoin, and various other scrypt coins. This is a very stable farm that never goes down and has not seen down time. I reboot all machines once every friday to keep them fresh and dusted. I'm deciding to get rid of this farm due to hiked electricity prices because of the summer time, i'll be paying .14 cents a kilowatt.

All 7 mining rigs consist of Radeon 7950's, Radeon 7970, Radeon R9 270x's, Radeon R9 280xs, Radeon R9 290xs. All rigs are zip tied to aluminum wiring frames for maximum airflow as you can tell in the image gallery.

5 rigs have HDD's and run windows 7 ultimate with splashtop for remote access. I use a mix of SGminer and a special version of CGminer for faster hashrates.

2 Rigs run via special linux bootable USB thumb drives. These systems are made specifically for mining scrypt coins. Those of you who are familiar with mining these 2 systems are running BAMT OS.

All rigs have PCI risers included for maximum airflow. All or most hardware will include original boxes and accessories. This rig can even push 17.5 MHS but gets unstable due to major overclocking.

The entire farm pulls an avg of 8,700 watts. This is with all cards properly undervolted and overclocked for maximum stability and efficiency.

Total there are 6 - 4 card rigs and 1 - 3 card rig.

This does not come with a keyboard, monitor, or a mouse. I run this thing headless and directly remote in using splashtop so I have control of my rig wherever i'm at using my macbook.

I am willing to ship the farm taken apart in various Huge Boxes with all original boxes inside + hardware if you pay the shipping. It will be carefully packed and sent via UPS, you can also add insurance which will also be paid by you.

You can also meet me or come take a look at the rig if your interested, i'm located in Dallas Tx. PM me for exact address and phone number if interested.

I will not sell the farm in parts it's buy all or nothing.

Note: As you can see I have two instances of SGminer running on one rig, the mining program I use. This is because I use different settings for the Sapphire 280x's and different intensity/thread concurrency settings for the R9 versions of the cards which are the 290x/270.

For more specific detailed information on motherboards, ram, PSU's, etc PM me. Serious inquiries only, we will exchange phone numbers and talk about payment, shipping, etc.

How's it going guys, after reading the public statement made by the Zeitcoin crew and how unprepared they were with the wallets mainly the OS X version i've decided to dump my stash.

I respect the movement, the coin, and the community but it's just not for me anymore. I'm about to dump 3million zeit for the most reasonable offer.

I'll take doge, bitcoin, or litecoin so PM for more details.

Everyone who's been having trouble with a Mac wallet this is the one I have working on my Macbook Pro Retina 2014. It was created by user Sammy007 and weighs in at 23.9mb. I don't know what the difference is as I've seen other wallets and most only weigh 12mb or lower.

Regardless the following wallet works, I have linked to it below. I can confirm I closed and re-opened it multiple times without any crashes or immediate errors.

Working Mac Wallet (for me, others may require special attention) Posted by Sammy007 all credit goes to him - https://mega.co.nz/#!VMlRwIDD!Y8mt9cztodesviG1n9TmZRE7T4LrjORA1j7lg8wKMt4

My Macbook is brand new clean OS X operating system with the latest updates, I bought this last week and use it purely to hold all of my scrypt coin wallets. No special software or anything has been installed which is why it runs without any hiccups.

Note: I had to add a Zeitcoin.conf file with more nodes from the front page to which I get 4 connections at a time. It syncs fairly quickly.

I will try again when I get home.  As a side note, you are not on the latest OS, which is 10.9.2.

Alright I updated and it's still running just fine. It hung a little bit at loading block index but working flawless here.

Alright i'm sure someone has already asked or even fixed this problem but I downloaded the new wallet for Mac and it's stuck syncing on block 26815? Is that normal or should I delete the appdata folder and reset the darn thing?

Can anyone recommend a BIOS (Non OC edition) that works well for an MSI 7970 OC Edition?
( R7970 - 2PMD3GD5/OC  http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/14/01/16/gyd.png )

I've tried everything currently listed for MSI on techpowerup.com without much success.  (http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/index.php?architecture=&manufacturer=MSI&model=HD+7970&interface=PCI-E&memType=&PmemSize=)

Printed on the PCB Board: "V277 Ver 1.0"

Thanks for any suggestions!

I literally stayed up all night till about 5AM trying to get this exact card to hash over 550. The bios I flashed it with was one that changed made afterburner see it as a lightnining b to get a hash rate of 650 stable. It did voltage lock the card though.

I'll be home later today and will uploaded the bios I used since I don't remember the one I got from techpowerup.
