I've ordered from them twice and I got shipping notifications both times including a tracking number.
Go check your orders page on their site. Your order should have a shipping status of either shipped or not shipped. You do not have to wonder.

I've also ordered from them twice, both shipments arrived long time ago but I got no shipping notifications at all, and both orders still marked as "Unshipped" at the Orders List page.
I got Unshipped in my order but if some of you have the same issue and you got yours miners , I will have to wait. But I think that bitmaintech should answer ours email or post. .
