1  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] Cable STBs (No Modifications) on: July 01, 2015, 12:20:33 AM
Hello, everybody!

I rescued some cable TV boxes my friend was going to get rid of because I thought it would be fun to take them apart and I never got time...I have 2x Motorola DCX-3200M and one General Instruments DCT2244.  There are cables and a remote for one of the DCX-3200Ms that I will sell separately.

I am asking .2 BTC each for the DCX-3200Ms, .13 BTC for the General Instruments DCT2244 and .02 BTC for the cables and remote for the DCX-3200M.

I know the person I got them from was in good account standing and he owned his own box, but I doubt all three of these are his if you're planning on using these on your cable TV account.  If you get one that is blacklisted, I will take the box back and you will get the unit cost back, but you will still pay shipping both ways.  Also, these ship from Michigan, USA.

Accepting only BTC offers, use escrow if you like, PM me if interested.

Cheers!

I'm seeing the same issue with BFGminer and P2Pool - upgraded both but still problematic - other pools working fine, it just keeps switching p2pools to 'dead'

You didn't happen to generate an address from armory, did you?
4  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Antminer S1 on: November 03, 2014, 05:40:15 AM
It definitely looks like .2 is a better offer after doing some looking.  Price is negotiable, though!
5  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTS] Antminer S1 on: November 02, 2014, 11:49:06 PM
Hello, everybody!

I got some Antminer S1's here I can't run, so I'm trying to sell them.  They are all overclocked and in good shape.  Starting price .3 BTC each.  PLEASE if .3 is too much, make your offer!  I   If you buy 2 I will throw in an 850 Watt PSU.  Buyer pays shipping and the miner is shipping from Kalamazoo, MI.

yeah...It's the right paste...no weird formatting or anything...I guess I'll just switch pools until I can figure it out.

This is the exact error: Coinbase check: incomplete coinbase for payout check

Hello, everybody!

I just got a bit of mining hardware and I set up bfgminer to be a stratum proxy on the computer.  When I attempt to connect to a p2pool node I get the error message that my coinbase address is not valid.  I generated the address from armory and it works, so can I safely set it to ignore this check?

The GPU sits the other way.  I had a R9 270X in it and thats why the 2 little covers are missing in the back of the case.  Where those are missing is where the GPU sits.

ok now its clear you say that r9 270x can be putted in it easily .. will upto you ..
PM me and we can set it all up if youre still interested...

now i want the detailed info.

Hello again, everybody!

I am getting rid of a Dell Precision 690 Workstation.  It has 2 HDDs that add up to 560 GB of storage, 2 ODDs, an Intel Xenon Processor that runs at 2.33 GHz, and 4GB RAM.  THIS COMPUTER DOES NOT COME WITH A GPU!  The motherboard was replaced last summer and has worked perfectly since then.  The case has some coolant residue from the machine shop that it usedd to call home, but everything else is clean.  It currently has Ubuntu 14.04 installed, but it also has a Windows XP Pro OEM key on it.  I have used it as a headless SMB/CIFS, FTP, DLNA, and HTTP server, but it still needs a video card in order to POST.  This is a great computer for running as a server or just using as a daily driver.  I am asking .1 plus shipping for the computer as is.  If you have any questions, PM me!

I've talked to IRL friends about your coin, and they were positively impressed by the potential of recycling a lot of shitty cryptos. When i said that actually the coin recycler can just recycle 5 coins, they were like "oh... only 5 coins... it's too bad that thing doesn't accept a lot more cryptos ! we have a lot of dust cryptos to evacuate from our old wallets"

I'm agree with them, let's add some more popular cryptos, even if the algo is Scrypt, X11 X13 etc it will be amazing as fuck !!
If it's too difficult for provisioning them, no prob, set a max amount !

And about the presence of devs, let's post more than one message a day and people will begin to think "hey... this coin is active, the dev is posting everyday !"
Even a "hi there" will provide more trust for users.

The goal isn't just to "recycle shitty coins", but provide an exchange mechanism for MAST. It also provides the equivalent of CloakCoin's "CloakSend" (anonymous transactions via exchanges) to any other coin that uses MAST.

We'll soon be adding MAST-MAST support, probably under a new label to distinguish it from the existing "recycling" marketing. Does anyone want to get started with some ideas on names?

Here's a few:

MastSend
ShadowSend
PrivateSend
PrivacyTX
EnhancedPrivacy
UltraPrivacy

I really like Mastsend or Privatesend

X11 is a good algo to balance out the power of the CPU v. the GPU.  I got about the same hash rate mining with my Xenon and with my R9 270X, although I don't know of any X11 coins that are merged mined.  Perhaps add another POW session, dev...might get some buzz going around this coin.

EDIT: Correction to processor

The wallet integration is awesome!!  I can't wait!!  Not sure why values are so low...I have noticed that sell orders (at least on poloniex) are starting to dry up...that's good
