Tried that, the exchange isn't running tomorrow. (You can put the order in, but it doesn't trade it for BTC.) - Is the only option past that through a legal method?

Hello! I started looking back at bitcoin recently, and went to my old Ruxum account only to find it had shutdown. I was pleasantly surprised to find .98 BTC and and $57 still there. I was able to withdraw the bitcoins and transfer to MtGox, and I emailed to withdraw the USD. That was on April 1st, and I still haven't received a response. I don't really know where to go from here, or who to bug to get my USD, and $57 is enough money not to just forget about. Any tips on what I might be able to do?

Bitcoins are popular enough to have special viruses! That's good news at least.

Anyone tried 1Password? I've been looking at getting that.

I found online that ATI cards didn't support it until they supported DirectX11 (I'm 10.1), and OpenCL wasn't supported according to GPU Caps Viewer. Is it a download I need to find on the internet somewhere, or should it just work?

Aww that's ok. Here's another question.

Looking at MtGox's ticker data returned by the API, it seems in almost every given scenario it's giving a profit based on their rates.

Specifically:

https://mtgox.com/code/data/ticker.php just returned the following:

{"ticker":{"high":24.5,"low":16,"vol":73423,"buy":19.3444,"sell":19.5981,"last":19.3444}}

Which (I think) means that a Bitcoin was just bought at the rate of $19.3444->1BTC, and a bitcoin was just sold at a rate of $19.5981->1BTC.

As they have a trading API, wouldn't it be possible (and why hasn't someone) written scripts to take advantage of this difference (as it's greater than their .65% fee)? (I just want to make sure I'm not thinking about it wrong.)

$19.5981*.0065= 0.12738765
$19.3444 * .0065 = 0.1257386

So theoretically, assuming those rates were held constant, you'd make a (very small) profit by going from 1BTC --> USD --> 1BTC. Is that math correct?

Thanks! Sorry for the strange question.

Hello bitcoin forum! I want to PM one of your members so I'm making a post here.

I do have a hardware question. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon 4670 in my laptop. Does it work with any GPU miners? (As I don't think it supports OpenCL. DirectX 10.1)

Thanks!
