Well a certain amount of regulations and procedures is a good thing, it ensures that plan and our investments have some kinda a guarantee that they will offer the value for our money.
Regulations will help to attract more investors who are hesitant to invest due to uncertainty about crypto in their country. |

On the first page I read that Timechain will allow the users to circumvent exchanges and deal crypto directly without the need to use exchanges but directly from the wallet - but won't this require some additional security and protocols?
That's why they are developing their own wallet which can store most of the tokens safely. safety is main concern and I am sure they will work on it. |

Does Timechain have any ambition to overtake some of the most known exchanges like Coinbase or Binance for example?
It would be hard to really overtake those, but it could be a good competition with some additional features. I agree that it would be too ambitious to aim straight for something like that,but you never know what can happen.Anything is possible  No need to aim right away for them, but that should be the goal. team should focus on development and marketing, it will help it to succeed. |

What kinds of marketing and promotions are you planning to do to attract merchants and customers to your platform and increase adoption? Do you think about this?
I'm also interested in this? Are you planning any special campaigns? very few people know about this project even their telegram group is so small they need to have airdrop and bounty campaigns to attract more people. |

I like this new Timechain approach when it comes to listing fee,so better projects will be able to get listed cheaper.Thats great incentive i think.
Yes it wil help even smaller projects to get attention of people by listing here for lower fee. |

One more thing,why in general projects develop own wallets? Can't people just use the standard wallets or a hardware wallet? Is it a matter of security ?
in timechain they developed their own wallet called metawallet which will support tokens erc20 + other platform tokens and will be more safer. |

As they stated earlier there will be some Fiat pairing in start and tokens will be listed in some interval of time. That is cool, but tether is no FIAT  The most pairs possible will be added. CATC = CAD credit on Timechain USTC = USD credit on Timechain Initial pairs: CATC - BTC CATC - ETH CATC - COIN USTC - BTC USTC - ETH USTC - COIN COIN - BTC COIN - ETH BTC - ETH You can convert your USD to USTC, so it is a USD pairing. How many tokens you going to have listed,from day 1? I think the tokens mentioned above will be listed on day one. |

If there are applications on IOS and Android. So, does Timechain fully support platforms and devices on Windown and Mac?
well if there is a web app wouldn't that cover all areas? web version can cover all features but it will be more convenient for us if they can also launch ios and android app..☺️ |

I see that your wallet will support more than 1000 cryptocurrencies?Does it mean only erc20 currencies,or others too?
It should include much more than just erc-20 if I understood correctly. It will support erc20 and other tokens as well. |

It would be nice to see who some of the possivle competitors are and just make a few comparisons but either way I agree competition can be a good thing.
Till now I only know of atomic wallet as a competition but timechain will be a better project. Competition would help to improve this project. In the crypto world wherever you look there's a competition every project have the chance to improve and some of them are not. Competition is always good it have some pressure on teams to deliver project faster and better than other platforms. It's a win win situation for us. |

I think atomic wallet could be there competitor's. What is atomic wallet? Atomic wallet is also a wallet which allows atomic swap function from one token to other. Does that means that you can create non traditional pairings? Don't know much but I think atomic wallet is live you can check it. |

Is Timechain an Ethereum based project?
Yes it is,and good choice i think,as Ethereum is proven and well working,so no need to experiment with new ones. Most of projects turn to etherium technology. Is any other technologybeven coming close to ethereum these days? There are other platforms but ethereum is tried and tested platform for projects. |

I think it should be available to open beta testing so more no of users can test it. This way more no of users can test it and more user statics will be available for developers. Yes exactly more data will be good to analyse and develop better product by team. |

I hope they will propose and launch this kind of wallet here in my country, I think this wallet was really nice to use and I hope they will expand their project and application.
Yes, I am also waiting for its launch. Does your country have any crypto restrictions? Usually, projects don't launch apps just for a specific country. Yes it has, what exactly country or place they usually launch the apps? It's a shame that countries still don't recognise the potential of blockchain and crypto. I would say they are starting to see the potential but are not liking that tgey have no cut in the profit. Govt fears that blockchain will be used in illegal activities and people will evade taxes. |
