@legendster nope, the $428 investment is for an equity portion of the company - you would become a shareholder.

Our hope is that with the capital from this fundraise we can expand our facility to the point that it's even more profitable to provide mining infrastructure, allowing our customers access to slightly cheaper pricing and increasing the value of the company for our shareholders.

If you'd prefer to use our services as an actual customer we have fairly competitive rates for small-scale miners.

We are a colocation facility located in Kansas City, Missouri area. We host application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) and GPU cryptocurrency mining rigs. We do not focus on just one specific coin and instead we provide a secure and reliable way to host any type of cryptocurrency miner.

We have onsite technicians available 24/7 willing to help you with any questions you may have, or any issues that may arise. We also have a team of programmers who focus on automating our facility to create a hassle-free hosting service to help maximize your miner's uptime. We accept miners from all manufacturers, just let us know what it is you wish to have hosted and if it happens to be a miner that is not currently listed on our website, we will do our research on the miner and appropriately charge for the hosting service based on the miner's power consumption.
If GPU mining is more your speed, we have built special racking space for our GPU miners in a separate location within the facility. GPU rig hosting will also be priced on power consumption, however, additional charges for their assembly may be included.

We do our best at making sure customers aren't left in the dark. We offer Telegram and Discord as an alternative communication/support channel and we make sure to do monthly updates on the state of things on all of our social platforms, including Twitter. But on top of those avenues is our web hosting management system called WHMCS where support tickets, billing, etc. will be handled.

Pricing:
Our prices start at just $90/kW/month with a one-time setup fee of $20/miner. We do not require a contract, we only require that you agree to our terms of service. We also offer optional insurance plans for your miners. At only $5 per machine, you will be protected in the case of a fire, theft, sabotage, etc.

How it all works:
