Just use mycelium wallet , in mycelium you have a choices to a different transaction fee , and its good to use for a beginner like me ( just sharing information that i get from this forum )
Also in mycelium you have an accessed in your private key that you can import in some hardware wallet out their in the market like ledgen nano s and Trezor.
