4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any signature bounty campaign for newbies ?? on: August 11, 2018, 11:32:14 AM
if you are newbie, you should upgrade your rank at least till Jr. member because there is no signature campaign that allows newbie participates.
if your rank is Jr. member, you can join signature of daneel.io(DAN). this project has AI system on cryptocurrency in which it is certainly needed by many investors. the ICO has been reached the soft cap.
Ok thanks, but how long do i have to get to junior member and what are the do's and dont of this forum
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC in crypto, does it really require? on: August 10, 2018, 03:28:44 PM
Do we really need to submit our personal details to ICOs for buying the token or for participating in it's bounty and airdrop?
I always wonder why do we need to give our vital info to ICOs that most are not even likely to come on in crypto space and crypto is all about decentralization but submitting our info has made it look centralized to me.
There is no regulation in crypto yet so why should we give our details to unknow ico organizers, so claim to prevent some region in participating in the ico because of the country law but those ICOs comes from the same region and country that prevent their own citizen from participating, should we say they are using style to rob us or our details is being used for other purpose .
I think it's high time we all need to stop giving our details to ICOs if really the crypto is all about decentralized and their is no regulation in the world yet to really require such details, I will like to know everyone minds about the submission of our details in term of KYC .
I don't really feel comfortable sending my details to anyone i hope this project specify if they want kyc or not so we know which project to invest it
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Determination is power on: August 10, 2018, 02:32:22 PM
I have noticed in crypto currency space that people find it difficult to focus and be determined to succeed in crypto
People tend to forget that millions is not made in a day;

But to be sincere I think when we are determined to make it
Crypto is the home for everyone
I also think determination matters alot and also having patience knowing you have to study and put some time into crypto to make better profit

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC + all your official papers being stolen and traded on: August 10, 2018, 10:03:03 AM
Be very careful sending in your passports and govt id's for KYC.  Your 1 scam project away from having your identity stolen for god knows what on an international level.

Also look very closely at the "projects" asking for this.  One of the major points of crypto is to be anonymous.  Do not give this up.  If you keep sending in your "papers" to strangers you will get burnt eventually.

Think about what the authorities will say to you when your identity has been stolen.  They are going to ask why in the world you would give your personal info like this to a stranger on the internet.  It makes no sense on any basic level to give your info out like this.

JPMOGAN does not even ask us for this level of identification when opening an account.

Think about it please.

If we all deny the KYC projects this invasive procedure will go away.

To anyone who has been giving your passport online you had better get a service to help protect you from identity theft as you have handed your most personal of information to complete strangers you do not know.  They can use your passport for any reason including terrorist acts.

Imagine the terrorist cells starting a project and getting all the FOMO warriors passports because they got in such a rush and turned off their brain.  Now you have real problems.

Good luck guys.

How true is this because it's really scary and i dont even like the idea of sending my personal info online to people i dont know its very dangerous
