1  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinbox.me problem paying on: November 18, 2014, 03:00:46 PM
Microwallet.org was also down for about a week, but they're up again. I haven't gotten anything from Coinbox in months and have given up on their faucets. Land Of Bitcoin sites pay out way more satoshis than Coinbox sites did, anyway.

I have been on Qoinpro for a month or so and have taken only one payout in FedoraCoin. You have to have ridiculous amounts of referrals to get anywhere, and when you look at their FAQ about how they make money, they say, "we have a solid business plan in place". So I'm wondering if right now they're collecting contact information.

I've started featuring Bitcoin faucets and good faucet strategy in my new blog: http://bitcoinadventurelist.wordpress.com/

Hi,
I can't get my wallet to sync. I've reinstalled it and I've added the FedoraCoin.conf file that was suggested.

I'm running Windows8.

Any suggestions?

5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [OFFICIAL]Bitfinex.com first Bitcoin P2P lending platform for leverage trading on: October 28, 2014, 01:05:33 PM
Hi,
New to your trading platform and enjoying getting to trade in Bitcoin.

  I have 2 questions:
1. Can you add a color key to the Swaps Demand and Swaps Offers page? I'm not sure why some are darker in color than others
2. When lending Bitcoin, and I've met the minimum to start lending, what is the minimum to add additional swaps?

Thanks.

Yesterday, I ran into Land of Bitcoins: https://www.landofbitcoin.com/?r=LLkkqRpoOvrlvdeF

I clicked a lot of links on the page (it presents you with about 100 faucets) and got a payout from a micro wallet this morning.

I agree about the disappointment. I had finally gotten the rhythm down, earning the minimum payout in 2 days.

I have been getting paid from Coinbox for about a year, and then two weeks ago, it stopped. My e-mails to the moderator went unanswered.

I've moved on to Qoinpro:  https://qoinpro.com/fb401d4ad6eafd26a16086545a1fd62d

They give out more than Bitcoin and they give out less Bitcoin than the accumulated Coinbox accounts. However, Dogecoin is the rage now.

There is also a faucet that automatically credits you with several coins every day here:  https://qoinpro.com/fb401d4ad6eafd26a16086545a1fd62d

I don't even know what some of the coins are, but Litecoin, Bitcoin, and Dogcoin are credited to me every day.

10  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BITBURNER FURY Technical discussion on: May 07, 2014, 06:26:34 PM
Hi, guys,
I tried to pawn off my Bitburner Fury with the broken USB port and the buyer is shipping it back. I'd love to use this thing if I could, but following the steps to use the PickIt don't seem to work. What mining software do you all use?

Any tips for me? Even if I buy a second one with an unbroken USB port, I'd be happy. Unless I screwed up the firmware trying to fix this one.

I used the information in this article: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=294735.msg3371051#msg3371051

If you've been successful at this kind of installation, please let me know. Otherwise, want my miner when the buyer ships it back?
