Is market on polo frozen again?
Nah, they just forgot to change it. To change what? I thought they forgot to take away "FROZEN" label but it turned out it is frozen again due to deposit issues.

Can someone tell me what exactly happend?
1. Devs announced auction of 100 stakes and set the time limit 22:55:00. 2. Some people continued bidding after 22:55:00 3. For some unexplainable reasons dev decided to count those bids. My guess is that because they'd get money more for those bigger bids. And than it got worse. They decided to count ALL bids. Made within timing and out of timing. Again, my guess is that because they get even more money.

I missed IPO but thinking about buying some coins from first miners. How do you think what price would be ok? I mean to be able to make some profit when the coin goes to exchanges.
You will have to wait 2 weeks before you can buy any coins. Yeah, but my question won't change in two weeks ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Also: Block mature looking like 6 days,
So first coins should be available in a few days.

dev can you give a roughly time when ipo start?
thanks
It would be unfair to do the IPO before people can read the white papers about what we are doing and before the client works on everyone's computer. Do you think anybody gonna read it? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I mean most people won't understand a word anyway.

Go buy 5% of nxt (will cost you 1 million dollars -- if prices don't go up while you are buying that many nxt) then come back here showing the "attack". If you succeed, the prices will drop and you will lose your 1 million dollar investment. That's the problem with these "what if" scenarios. They are not practical. People who have that much at stake have an incentive to protect the network without any shenagginings. It's in their own best interest to protect the network. That's why it's called proof of stake.
One cannot attack Nxt that way even if he is unreasonable and do not care about the money. Perfect crime. Spend several billion dollars, buy 90% of all coins and try to destory the currency. Maybe in ThePurplePlanet's Universe it sounds normal. Or maybe he should just take care of his mental health a little better.

This is great Nxt is back in Bitcointalk!!!! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) It'll never be the same ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) But yeah it's still great to have a new thread to read.

I'm shocked at how many people are sending this person btc without escrow. Trust or not, we shouldn't be encouraging this kind of situation on the forums. As well, the fact that the deposit address is not posted makes me uneasy. To the person who said "can you prove that investments HAVEN'T been made" it is not up to us to prove the negative. God, I can't believe I had to say that. This person wants everyones money, but isn't willing to provide any proof or security to those who invest?
You've got $45,000 of peoples money here. You should respect them enough to provide security for their investments.
I hope for everyones sake this is legit.
I remember dev by Nxt thread. Don't have anything to invest atm, but I'd send him coins directly without any doubts.

I think everything is going just fine. Although there some whales nobody dumps their coins. If it goes this way we'll see x10 or even higher price jump.

@Skillroad. All you need is a post count of at least 10 and have joined before the start of the IPO. Sure there will still be some that are prepared sockpuppets but it would get rid of 90% of them. You delaying this simple action makes me and others im sure wonder if you are happy to just take in sockpuppets. Don't forget the coin was supposed to be against the unfair nature of NXT. If you get one or two guys with 30+ stakes with less than 1000 total you will have some big stakeholders just like NXT.
90% of them were created for Nem IPO, so restriction by registration date won't help. Probably closing the IPO right now would be the best decision. There's working beta which totally proofs that the coin is not a scam. Hundreds of scammers will jump on board now.

Your competitor NAScoin was just added to the first exchange: dgex.com
your move NEM!
Not in the same league, so not a competitor. Nas coin is a poor copy of NxT with a sockpuppet developer who has already been banned once. it exists. so yeah currently another league : ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Solid point ) Although Nem (and Nxtl) looks better than Nas but still those guys already launched it. As they say when you're working on a startup don't wait until it's perfect, launch it asap and then make it better. I'm pretty new to all this cryptocurrencies stuff, but I think we need to launch Nem at least before Nxtl, Ethereum, emunie and other 2nd generation competitors.
