How can we check that? This thread was started from newbie account which is red flag, and secondly I applied to be tester and the other day I received phishing mail which is strange coincidence, because I don't receive phishing mails on that address often.
I am just asking for caution if you plan to test this service and beware if you get phishing mail.

and playing devils advocate - has anyone verified that this is genuine and some copycat working a scam?
I've chatted over X with the original Satori designer @ayaLAN (X account form 2009) plus it was endorsed by Raimu owner @mkan_whan (X account 2012). Also, scammers would IMHO more likely want some immediate payment, not leaving enough time for people to verify it/find out. |

Yeah, you're probably right... It just occurred to me when I wrote that, but this is basically risk of all physical bitcoin coins. I think the conclusion in the edit may be a bit premature without more examples instead of just one. Well my (unloaded, that's why I don't really care) golden Silk Road ingot should have had an adress beginning with 1SiLK according to the address list, but when it finally came (almost a year later that originally expected) it had 1HoDL address... So let's just say meticulous attention to detail was occasionally somewhat lacking in the works of MrCryptHodl ;-) EDIT: Yep, what Mopar said... |
