My name is Shad and I am in the early stages of forming a project involving distributed AI over blockchain. Though this project is years in the making, it is very early-phase in terms of team building and public outreach. Currently I am seeking the right persons to fill two important roles: General Manager and Recruiter. Neither position requires an expertise in AI or blockchain, but qualified candidates should have at least a familiarity with both of these areas.
General Manager - Receive and interpret requirements, then delegate tasks to project managers accordingly. - Evaluate and assess productivity of project managers and their teams. - Motivate the team and deliver appropriate reinforcement feedback. - Create weekly progress reports and practical projections. - Work with Shad and recruiter to onboard new talent. - Communicate with new strategic partners and exist on the front lines of opportunity.
Recruiter - Assist in seeking out new talent for open roles. - Can quickly understand the traits and qualifications required of desired candidates. - Design effective recruiting strategies based on talent requirements. - Experience with social media to attract new talent. - Ability to operate in a complex and fast-paced environment. - Ability to support and interact with management. - Maintain confidential information.
