In the crypto world 10 weeks people have built new coins, launched new exchanges and gained more than a million users, etc. Were you hacked, did the founders run off with the money, were accounts frozen by law enforcement, was this a slow drain of user funds at a 3.8:1 ratio, ??

No explanation for lack of ability to withdraw main coins in 10 weeks, no updates on the issues/plans on official twitter channel, and nothing from  user "wex.nz" here since Monday. We deserve better than 3.8:1 loss ratio to convert and withdraw via XMR, USDT or ZEC.
