ELEMENTS ICO hard cap is $150,000,000. The soft cap is $10,000,000.

The number of ELEMENTS tokens is limited as they are issued only once through a token sale.

The total number of ELEMENTS tokens will not exceed 2,000,000 even if hard cap is reached.

The nominal value of ELEMENTS token is $100. Payments are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC). Tokens are not divisible.

ELEMENTS token price will be $75 during Pre-ICO stage (September 1, 2018 - October 31, 2018), with 25% discount.

ELEMENTS token price will be $100 during ICO stage (November 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018), without any discounts.

Referral Fee of 25% of the invested amount is available. Referral Fee will be paid within 10 days after the end of ICO campaign.

ELEMENTS token price will be linked to the performance of underlying investments when ELEMENTS tokens are listed on exchanges.
