I'm encountering problems with my jetwin account where logging-in isn't possible with the following error on 31 Dec 2018:

My balance in the account was slightly over $1,000 with all of my winnings coming from their live casino games. I maintained a huge bankroll there to martingale.
My last successful withdrawal from jetwin was on 30th Dec 2018, then all of the sudden on 31 Dec 2018, I couldn't log-in anymore.

I have emailed them on 31 Dec 2018 and they replied me this yesterday:

Yesterday I emailed them to ask of any updates but until today they didn't respond

My last login was a few hours before that account block. I just cashed out successfully from them on 30th december. Needed that much money in the account to martingale. I guess this casino doesn't like winners as my written email & twitter message to them went unanswered.

For no apparent reason, Jetwin have disabled my account today:



I have slightly over $1,000 in winnings there. I wrote to support & now waiting for answers.
