Jeder NEM-Stakeholder kann, wenn er das möchte, einen Token für NXT-Asset-Exchange beantragen. Dieser Token entspricht genau einem NEM-Stake und kann gekauft/verkauft werden. Ein Token kann in Zehntel aufgeteilt werden, d.h. die kleinste Menge, die man über NXT-AE kaufen kann, sind 0,1 NEM-Token.
Sobald NEM gelaunched wird, kann man seine Token gegen NEM-Coins eintauschen.

Its not an additional distribution. Original stakeholder just get a token on the AE (if they want to) which represents their NEM stake. So they can already trade their NEM, although they have no real NEM yet. DEV-team earns nothing with this.

Jetzt hat man sich so viel Mühe gegeben es so fair wie möglich zu machen und jetzt können einige mit viel Nxt sehr viele Stakes erkaufen, bei manchen ist 10 BTC auch kein Problem, aber das ist nicht in unserem Sinne.
Es gibt nur einen den kann man auch mehrere Account locker anvertrauen und das ist Jason mit seinem Sharkfund0.

It doesnt matter if you trade the tokens now (which represents 1 stake, so 1M NEM), or if you trade the real stake when NEM goes live. Its the same. Dumpers will sell anyway.

i am a "newbie" but registered long time before the giveaway. i dont have 10+ posts because my english is bad and my techincal skills are too bad. so i do everything passive in this forum. but i would like to be part of the giveaway, although i only have a few posts. if you want, i can make 10+ posts, but this would be posts with no interesting content!
