#3 :0.06 BTC dustin
Sniping rule in effect!
This is so hard to track on here with all the refreshing and new messages... But there was not another bid for #3 in the 10 minutes leading up to 4pm Eastern to extend #3, so this means my bid won?

Facts we know for sure: Dustin D. Trammell a.k.a. I)ruid was a member of 'The Cryptography Mailing List" and (one of) the first miner(s). He is the owner of 12higDjoCCNXSA95xZMWUdPvXNmkAduhWv and dumped his coins in June 2011 (worth $1.7m then) when Bitcoin was very volatile (after the first media attention of Silk Road and Bitcoin) on Bitcoin OTC.

All it translates to is that you are his 5/8, right hand man, sidekick, business partner or whatever u like to call it. There are't to many people around who would be in any way associated with an address that received coins when the blockchain was less than 2 weeks old.
So what makes you think the he would be any more likely to be around and associated with it more than I? (: Dustin D. Trammell Entrepreneur and Security Researcher, HD Moore Information security researcher and programmer both reside in Austin Texas, both where active in the Austin Hackers Association way back in time and worked you with him via email (as u claim) on the first few versions of the client, testing and reporting bugs and suggesting additional features.
HD, Tod Beardsley, and I all co-founded AHA! (the Austin Hackers Association) many years ago. All three of us still attend the monthly meetings. I'm sure I still have the emails between Satoshi and I around somewhere, perhaps I'll write a blog post about them someday... Lets call a spade a spade, a white had hacker is Government friendly (Kahoots) and a hacker against the hacker. Your profile registration date is interesting, June '11 is just the time when some of those coins where sold, u certainly weren't a newbie to bitcoin(talk) at that time.
You seem to know an awful lot about me and my Internet habits... Such an authority! (:

Same is true for HD Moore he is both I)riud and I}ruid and you most likely you know him personally as you have been a business partner at the LoneStarBitcoinExchange and other ventures. You also reside in Austin, Texas, should we call it right hand man.
Still incorrect. HD and I are not the same person. HD does not use an alias as far as I'm aware. I do know him though, we both live in Austin and have worked together in the past (:

|}ruid is Dustin trammell
Dustin D. Trammell, thanks (: secondly H.D moore is I)ruid not I}ruid ... check your 'blast from the past link http://druid.caughq.org/ it clearly shows a bracket ) not code-end } so here goes again I BRACKET ruid =H.D Moore - no link to bitcoin I CODE END ruid = Dustin Trammell - helped satoshi, GavinA and others Incorrect. I am both I)ruid and I}ruid. I)ruid is the correct spelling. I use the alternate I}ruid spelling on IRC due to the IRC protocol not allowing the close-parenthesis character ")" to be used in nicknames.

Satoshi: H. D. Moore a.k.a "I}ruid" (I end real user identification)
Incorrect. I am not H D Moore (:
|
|
|
Correct, I am not Satoshi. I did however work with him via email on the first few versions of the client, testing and reporting bugs and suggesting additional features.

Can you also recommend a compatible 12V DC/10A power supply for use with these? What power supplies are you using for them in the ASICMINER farm?
|
|
|
Do these support pool mining or are they solo only? I assume they support at least mining at BTC-Guild as that's where ASICMINER is currently mining, but having an explicit answer to this would be reassuring.

tl;dr: Review and reconcile your Mt. Gox account history against your other systems (Dwolla, Bank account, etc.), you very well could have missing money...
A couple of days ago I was reviewing my Mt. Gox account history and I noticed a strange discrepancy. I had two withdrawals in the past few weeks, each for $10k, that were marked as "error". I withdraw to Dwolla, so I went and checked my Dwolla history and indeed found that those two withdrawals had not shown up in my Dwolla account. The terrifying thing was that the transactions marked as "error" had deducted the USD from my account, but NOT CREDITED IT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT AFTERWARD. Thus, $20k USD was essentially missing from my account.
I opened a support ticket with Mt. Gox to make them aware of the issue and once a support representative was assigned to my case (~24 hours later or so), and after convincing them that this was indeed a real issue (their side showed all withdrawals processed), they were very expedient and attentive to my issue and we had it solved within 48 hours. The solution was for them to re-process transactions in question which then succeeded and changed the status of the withdrawals in question from "error" to "processed" and the expected funds then showed up in my Dwolla account.
For all the flak that Mt. Gox has been getting lately regarding their technology, I am impressed more and more each time I have an issue by their attention to customer support.

After reading through all of this, I honestly have no idea what the high bids for any given roll are... There are people bidding X each for various rolls, Y total for any Z rolls, etc. Can this be tracked/updated somewhere, perhaps in the original post?

I suppose if people are taking collecting my coins seriously, I might as well point out that the series 1 coins were made and distributed in prefix order, with 11xxxxxx being the first, 12xxxxxxx being next, etc. The lower the number, the earlier the coin.
I just took an inventory and nearly all of my Series 1 coins are in the 12 and 1D ranges, however I have a few in the 13, 15, 16, and 1C ranges also. The earliest coin I seem to have is 12y3pR2y, which I have decided to put up for raffle here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=152551.msg1790758#msg1790758Raffle tickets are a mere 0.025 BTC (25 TKN) each to keep them affordable for most Bitcoin users, and yes, you can buy more than 1 ticket (:

With very few exceptions I gave away most of my early coins to people at work, I was giving them out like candy, what iwth BTC being $2 and all. So, those lucky ducks, if they still have them, have a prize.
I also gave away a ton of these as tips at restaurants, bars, etc., or just given away to promote Bitcoin. I wonder how many of those got tossed because they had no idea what they were, how many got redeemed, and how many exist in a drawer or safe somewhere (: I suppose if people are taking collecting my coins seriously, I might as well point out that the series 1 coins were made and distributed in prefix order, with 11xxxxxx being the first, 12xxxxxxx being next, etc. The lower the number, the earlier the coin.
I have a stack of Series 1 coins with the verification codes either partially or completely worn off of the hologram due to them being in my pocket for extended periods of time. I used to carry 2-3 of them around with me for the tipping or gifting purposes mentioned above. I remember disucssing with you at some point about making 0.5 BTC, 0.25 BTC, etc. coins but you deemed them unprofitable to do so at the time. How about now? (:
