Come on guys, are there any members who know theymos and can contact him to get him to help out. Sending a PM over and over again will just spam his messages and is probably the reason he has not yet responded.
There are three administrators in total, where are you guys! I have sent a PM to each one of you, if you need help please let the community know and people like I will be happy to help out. We believe in this community more than any other coin as this is the home of many coins. So if there are people willing to help the coins i am sure they will help its place of birth.
You have a responsibility here to your community and the people who have made the site as is. Please be more attentive.

How long does it take to response to the PM? I really dont get how a site that is so popular can be neglected like this in terms of support that there is only ONE person to deal with and that person has yet to respond to any of my inquiries!
Who ever has my account has not yet logged in which means my account has been inactive for more than a week, given i log in here almost everyday its pretty clear and evident, you dont really need technical details (even though i provided it as well).
Please theymos, this is my home, help me get back my account. This site deserves better service.

I dont have a PGP or bitcoin address associated with the account. All of this is far too crazy. The problem here is that bitcointalk.org does not have a proper security measure. How can you let an email address be changed without a confirmation to the original email address? Also how can you let the password be changed without any contact to the email address?
All other accounts do this as a standard procedure.
I have contacted him through a normal PM. I will try and see how this method works.

My normal account was hacked and i have messaged all site administrators though there has not been any response as of yet. Can someone tell me what i can do to get in contact with them. I dont understand how on a site that is as widely used as this there are not more administrators so that there is someone online all the time.

My miner is going fine, then all of a sudden it just stops accepting shares. It keeps telling me new blocks are detected, that's it. Once I restart my miner, all is well again for 10 or so minutes. What's the issue? Anyone know? I'm on the official pool.
I too am mining on the official pool. I have not had any issues. Are you using vertminer? screenshot? I just restarted my miner now. I'll post a pic when it happens again. Yes, I'm using vertminer. Here is my setup setx GPUMAXALLOCPERCENT 100 setx GPUUSESYNCOBJECTS 1 Vertminer.exe --scrypt-vert -o stratum+tcp://h2o.imine.at:8787 -u USER -p PASS -w 64 -I 12 -g 1 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-fan 55 --temp-overheat 90 EDIT - I have 2x radeon 5870. Older cards, so my TC is low. just REM or delete the setx parameters in your *.bat file. Alrighty, I'll see how it goes. XD It's hanging again, here is my miner. I get shares every few seconds and then all of a sudden this happens.  The vardiff at that pool is set too high. 512? You shouldn't be higher than 256. With 512 vardiff and your hash rate, you can't submit shares fast enough before the next block is found. I bet the person even has multiple machines all on the same worker, which is really bad. Seems there are a few kinks to iron out here for now. I will go back to mining LTC and come back to H2O soon. You would not have had any issues if you created multiple workers for your rig/rigs. I have lowered the pool vardiff to 256. That should cover you guys that are using a single worker which you should NOT be doing in the first place But smooth sailing, cheers |

WTF - switched from the forked pool (hashing.at) to the "official" IMINE.at pool and the auto payout threshold is set at an insane minimum of 1000 - which retarded person thinks that is a good idea! Not only that but the "donation" is set at a mandatory 2% - I don't object to paying fees and I always make sure that the pool gets 2% but I object to being deceived - either change this to make it clear this is a mandatory fee or get ready to be accused of tricking people.
Threshold has been changed to 50. Regarding the 2% it all goes to charity mate. So up to you how you want to support the cause. Most other pools will charge you 1~2% anyways and just keep it to themselves. Unless they are free pools but we'll see how that works out. Cheers |
