I have read with sadness the antagonism that seem to be building up between older members and those who have lost their earlier rank as a junior member and I would love to suggest we apply a bit more politeness in our critic of a post or something. I was taught never to hit a man that is down nor insult the dignity of the other person. Treat others they way you would them to treat you. I am not a victim (at least not yet). A few of the older hands are guilty of this, please let us not make the forum too unwelcoming to newbies, Enforcing the new rule creates a better forum, but let's avoid the insults.

(I avoided posting on major sections  because I fear my intentions may be misconstrued for something  else)
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Conventional Banking Funds Terrorist Operations, not Bitcoin on: September 20, 2018, 09:58:29 AM
The report doesn't still exonerate bitcoin from other cyber crimes. It will not likely impact Government tough stance on bitcoins, they know the facts already but still use this ruse to discredit bitcoin.Money control by Governments(through the central banks) is a tool to score both political and economic points-clearly difficult to achieve with bitcoins.
You could read about a single bank (Danske bank) laundered $234 billion in just a few year- larger than the entire cryptomarket capitalization. https://news.bitcoin.com/danske-banks-money-laundering-ceo-quits/

Just follow the rules, I am sure they still award merits, not by post counts but by quality of posts and at their own discretion- that is based on their own assessment. No guarantees,no hard feelings, no "I am entitled to have it".
I read this, it could be relevant to you. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030366.0
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Theter (USDT) ?? on: September 12, 2018, 05:21:48 AM
Tether is designed to be a stable coin, that is, it price is predefined to be within a specific narrow range by pegging it to the USD in a ratio of 1:1.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Government bans Bitcoins? on: September 02, 2018, 11:56:24 PM
No, the government cannot block bitcoin wallets, there is the better option of not even using an online wallet.they will need to confiscate individual laptops and phones for the ban to be effective
