Hello. Please tell me why more than 8 hours no coins in the destination wallet. According to information in IDAX: "Your EOS will be deposited to your EOS account after 1 network peers confirm the transaction". But more than 8 hours 0 out of 1 confirmation. This is normal for EOS blockchain? How long time does a EOS network transaction take? Is this normal?

Hello!
I am forced to write this appeal because too much time has passed and the situation with the lindacoins on the StocksExchange(now STEX) does not change. 7 september 2018 I and many other users of STEX bought and withdrew lindacoins, but on the destination address they never came until now. On this day Linda wallet on STEX was active and processed deposits and withdrawals.

At the moment, a month have passed and STEX did not resolve this situation. Our money stuck somewhere. Linda wallet disabled. STEX support answers is not always about the same nonsense like: "We work on the problem", "We have a LINDA network issues and we trying to reach linda devs, so we are waiting for a response", "We are waiting for the answer of LINDA team." Looks like they're just play for time. I'm stuck about 0.07 btc. This is small ammount for exchange, but good money for me (about 500$).

According to the developers of the lindacoin: "Stocks had been informed 7 days prior to the preset block about the mandatory update to the wallet. They didn't perform this update and accepted deposits and make withdrawals on the old chain (that sideforked). Now they claim a 3BTC in damages from linda devs."
Opening an exchange comes with the responsibility to do mandatory updates once contacted by the dev team. All other exchanges were able to do so, so why not STEX?(not my words quote from Twitter).

So we have a lot of users from STEX whose money is stuck somewhere for a long time. We have STEX on whose fault did this happen and who are slow to resolve this problem.
I appeal to all who use or intend to use StocksExchange(STEX). Be careful, your money is not safe there! Every time you buy coins on the Stocks(STEX) and trying to withdraw them you risk never seeing them again, because some idiot from Stokes(STEX) did not update the wallet in time. This is your choice, but I would ask not to use Stocks(STEX) until they return money to users and do not compensate for losses.

Hello! Perhaps better leave it here maybe it will help to solve my problem. The withdrawal of BTCZ coins stuck with the status processing more then 4 days and nothing changed! Every day I send a email to support and get approximately the same answers.

"We'll check it, Your coins will be sent/credited back to your Crex24 account soon."

"We are awfully sorry, but please wait. "

"We are awfully sorry, but we are still trying to solve your problem"

I'm losing money because of you.
Do something! Fix this!


Update 02.09: finally 5 days later the coins are received!
