Nos presentamos ante la comunidad española de BitcoinTalk.org como el equipo de ByCOM, un proyecto de token nacido del ecosistema WAVES con el objetivo de luchar contra los peligros y estafas del mundo Crypto.

Proyecto

Bycom nace después de que algunos desarrolladores / emprendedores decidieran trabajar juntos hartos de ver numerosas estafas en la comunidad Crypto.
Los inversores carecen de poder tras ser estafados, y hemos decidido que deberían tomarse algunas medidas para evitarlo.
Sabemos que es imposible deshacerse por completo de las estafas, pero queremos darles a los inversores algunas armas para luchar contra ellas y evitar que sufran daños, como:
• Hacer una lista negra pública con proyectos-estafa.
• Desarrollar herramientas y mecanismos para ayudar a la comunidad a identificar y evitar esas estafas.
• Proporcionar a los afectados un token saludable, en constante desarrollo e investigación y con valor intrínseco.

Hacer que las comunidades afectadas recuperen la fe y la confianza es el combustible que nos ayuda a avanzar.

Por este motivo, nuestra primera acción ha sido dar soporte a los usuarios afectados por la estafa BYKOR, realizando un airdrop 1:1 e intentar compensarles por sus pérdidas.

Además, nuestro siguiente paso será dar soporte a los usuarios afectados del Exchange CryptoHub, que, supuestamente, fue objeto de un ataque DDoS por parte de piratas informáticos, causando el cierre del Exchange y numerosas pérdidas económicas. Debido a esto hemos puesto en marcha un programa para donar a todo usuario afectado 50.000 tokens de Bycom. Más información en:

Situación financiera y económica

El equipo determinó que a veces las ICO no son de confianza. Todos sabemos que no todas las ICO llegan a buen puerto, muchos dejan a los inversores con las manos vacías, y algunos de los que completan el proceso con éxito, no tienen ninguna aplicación en la vida real. Y en muchas otras ocasiones, algunas también son estafas.
Esta es la razón por la cual hemos decidido recibir nuestros recursos económicos directamente de los tokens en venta en los exchanges disponibles.
Esto nos permite ofrecer un token con valor intrínseco y real. Ese valor lo decidirá la comunidad al decidir si lo compra o no.

Próximamente

Hemos creado un Roadmap con los diferentes objetivos que queremos alcanzar durante este 2018.

You are right. It might be a difficult task to discern what projects are legit and which ones are not. It is not only about having authority or not. It’s also about research and having some criteria set to make the decisions. It is on the best interest of the project and ourselves to be able to make the right choices since one of the benefits of holding Bycom is that it will work as some kind of insurance to cover investors in case they invest in fraudulent projects. No insurance would like to cover the losses if the project is legit.

Project

Bycom was born after some developers/entrepeneurs decided to work together because they were fed up of seeing multiple scams on the Crypto Community.
They pointed out that investors were completely powerless after being hit by a scam project and that there should be some measures taken to prevent that.
We know that it is impossible to get rid completely of scams but want to give investors some weapons to fight them and prevent being harmed like:
• Making a public blacklist with scam projects.
• Develop tools and mechanisms to help the community identify and avoid those scams.
• Provide those affected with a healthy token, under constant development and research and with intrinsic value.

Make those affected communities recover faith and trust is the fuel that helps us move further.

Financial & Economic Situation

The team agreed that sometimes ICO’s are untrustful. We all know that not all ICO’s complete the process, many leaving investors empty handed, and some that complete the process successfully, don’t have any real life application. Many times you find that some are also scams.
That’s the reason why we have decided to receive our economic resources directly from the tokens on sale in the available exchanges.
This will allow us to offer a token with intrinsic and real value. That value will be decided by the community deciding if they buy it or not.

At the moment, Bycom is available on the Waves Platform. We are working on getting the token listed on more exchanges to provide liquidity.

Disclaimer

There is no relation whatsoever between Bycom and those Scam projects elected for having investors compensated. We will not burn any of those scam tokens. We will just point those out so that no new investors are caught unknowingly.

We have created a roadmap with the different goals we want to reach during 2018.
Starting with the first token distribution all the way to unveiling our White Paper depicting the project.
