24 hour btc volume is very low on bittrex, soon to be delisted.

the coin can stay alive if there is enough buying and selling. with the price being cheap, you can invest on it and see how it goes.

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HEX] HeisenbergHEX: Transparent Blue Hexadecimal Scrypt [Updated!] on: April 08, 2014, 10:28:45 AM
let's support "HEISENAIR" that he would have continued the development of the coin, the coin is not yet dead, need more advertising and need to distribute all the coins to have more people interested in this coin!

yes, lets support HEISENAIR. If he has a road map for the coin, it would be great.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HEX] HeisenbergHEX: Transparent Blue Hexadecimal Scrypt [Updated!] on: April 07, 2014, 05:07:00 PM
Yes. The v. 1.0.0.0 is working, page 51 post 1008 or 9... Works like a charm! Sent HEX to cryptorush.in with it. Smiley

Thats great news! Has anyone contacted the pools and exchanges to tell them NOT to upgrade their wallets?

Also heisenberghex/krostue please remove the v2 wallet link on the OP or at least have the common decency to grant one of us access to do it.

AFAIK both of them quit. In the result Heisenair quit too. I guess we have many vacant positions now.

Heisenair should come back. lets back him up. how about donating for the development of this coin?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RabbitCoin [RBBT] 2+ GHS / Now on MintPal! [Scrypt KGW] on: April 07, 2014, 02:22:32 PM
I dumped half my RBBT. The dev isn't active and hasn't bothered to update the client. It still uses KGW and I am not sure if it needs to be patched up. This plus the fact that it may get the boot in a few weeks from Mintpal. I am not sticking around for that.

It would be nice for the community to take over, but t be honest, there are better coins to support. I am still holding to a small position in case things turn around. Goodluck everyone.

mine's stuck at cryptorush. no idea when its activated again.....
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HEX] HeisenbergHEX: Transparent Blue Hexadecimal Scrypt [Updated!] on: April 07, 2014, 02:18:32 PM
Is there a wallet that works, please? And any working exchange? Or the coin is dead?

im also lost with the wallet, i personally do not use one as i move them straight to my accounts in trading, i have a very limited HD space. i just sent my last 600k++ coins from http://hex.hashfever.com to my cryptorush account and it didn't reflect in cryptorush. so it looks like they are not using the same wallet. i was able to move coins yesterday though. an also, i noticed that the coin i put on trade yesterday, was removed and went back to my account a few hours ago. i just have that same amount put on trade again. i do not see any update from their page though.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HEX] HeisenbergHEX: Transparent Blue Hexadecimal Scrypt [Updated!] on: April 07, 2014, 12:35:03 PM
Sorry guys but I am afraid you are ruining everything.
We were supposed to be "Exit Coin of the Day" on Cryptorush.
They would recommend all their users buying our coin and would also cancel trading fees for a whole day.
It was supposed to happen tomorrow, but because there is so much chaos here I guess it might not happen.
You could buy HEX at other exchanges for 1 satoshi and sell it for 2 or 3 on Cryptorush during the pump.
If someone would like to take over the negotiations please PM me. I did everything what I could. But on the pump day we seem to have some issues that I bet might make Cryptorush not interested in that.

sad to hear that. while i am waiting to see this coin prosper, it looks like its all but history. i think its just fair for potential buyers if the pump is not to happen anymore, that would leave them a crypto coin that is heading nowhere. we'll lets accept the fate of all our invested time in mining and trading with this coin. sometimes we win, and sometimes we lose. c'est la vie...
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RabbitCoin [RBBT] 2+ GHS / Now on MintPal! [Scrypt KGW] on: April 07, 2014, 07:27:46 AM
FYI this is getting removed from Mintpal soon per their latest update. Guess I'll have to drown all my RBBT's Sad

From what I read, RBBT is not on the chopping block for at least a few weeks, and that's only if there aren't other coins with lower volumes.  RBBT volume there is currently around 170 LTC/month.  If it stays consistent, quite a few other dying coins will get the axe before RBBT.

That being said, the coin does need some help.  The three biggest issues I see are...

    * One of the biggest RBBT pools, hash.so, has had "issues in the backend" for the last three days.  Doesn't help the coin much when people try to mine it and see zero results for their efforts.  Most of the other pools appear dead or dying and who wants to mine at a dead pool?
    * The developer appears to be MIA.  Without any direction/support from this end, RBBT won't last.  Anyone care to step up and take the reigns?
    * Buying support seems sporadic, although quite possibly tied to problems stemming from the two issues listed above.

In my opinion, RBBT isn't dead, but it is definitely stalled with some major obstacles in the way.  Looks like it's up to the community to decide if we can overcome them or not.

True, hash.so should really fix their issue. I have a few million rabbits there that can be used to anyting to get tis bunny hopping again. I have great success with http://rbbt.thedevilsmint.com/ too, so we are not out of pool.

The dev, should let the rabbit supporters know of his intentions. That way, the community can decide. We cannot just take over his craft as a respect. He might have something to pull from his hat.

Correct. Buying will remain that way as long as there is no any sign of direction inside the rabbit hole.

Cryptorush, even they have issues has the biggest rabbit on trade. However, it has been on maintenance for an extended period of time. Another bad sign.

same here. with so little support, and the dev is MIA, its about time i think. other coins deserve its space on mintpal.

so its now your HeisenbergHex (HXC) vs HeisenbergHex (HEX) which is this one (https://github.com/HeisenbergCoin/HeisenbergHex)?

Mine is HEX...  Mine is the original source that was released

Updated the readme

Ok. so what is your input here OP HeisenbergHex? lets unify this and post the correct/real wallet on the first page in big bold blue letters. we need to get back community support. lets keep on voting too! thx!

Hmmm....  The Dev's Wallet doesnt work...

The Exchanges are all using my version of the wallet.

https://github.com/theSociableme/HeisenbergHex

I run the coin counter...   Bangomatic has an awesome site.

I will tell you I'm starting to get PISSED OFF

16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HEX] HeisenbergHEX: Transparent Blue Hexadecimal Scrypt [Updated!] on: April 07, 2014, 12:40:12 AM
Still we have a coin that looks like everyone is fighting on a public forum.

I feel we're going down the wrong path gents.

A lot of hard work by many individuals, yet no unison, no teamwork. Krostue and bangomatic can't seem to agree on the website. So why not let the majority decide and vote?

The main issue now is that the coin forked. Pacman at hex.internetarena is trying to sort out what happened. I'm not sure what all the implications are, but damage was small because there are only a couple ppl mining this coin. from what I can tell all the other pools are on 16K blocks so that looks good, but not sure if they had updated the wallet like Pacman did.

Other pools: DO NOT UPDATE THE WALLET !

We updated the wallet normally, and succesfully, and we forked the coin. Since we are the only pool on this fork we closed the pool so you can run normally.

so dev needs to remove that wallet link on the first page. why is it in there in the first place?

18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ASIC-RESISTANT] UltraCoin (UTC) - Ultrafast 6 second transactions!! on: April 06, 2014, 09:21:07 AM
Hey some 290 settings, this will give 62khash at 977core :

--scrypt-jane --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388361600 -I 16 -g 1 -w 64 --thread-concurrency 85000 --lookup-gap 3

This is better than going 90000 TC with lookup-gap 4. Itensity of 17 and higher slows the system by a huge amount(at least for me). There may be room for improvement but I have already achieved 280x/290 ratio of 0.81. I have 8gb of ram + 16gb of pagefile(set as a constant).

If helped Cheesy: UmC3d5BemAaKDhEwpiGo2EQuyYMvWDpS1r

thx! how many GPU's you have? I have 4 x 290 and the first gpu is disabled/OFF. enqueing kernel blah error.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RabbitCoin [RBBT] 2+ GHS / Now on MintPal! [Scrypt KGW] on: April 05, 2014, 10:53:35 AM
There's a potential KGW exploit. Grump already patched it. Not sure if it's needed for this coin.

This needs a patch too. If the developer still cares of his coin and the community that has already involved and trusted tis coin, it would be great of he could at least say hello. If he has given up on this coin, he should also say so, and that the community that embraced this coin can take over, and start all the necessary work that needs to be done to make sure rabbit keeps hopping on the wild.

Difficulty Refactor: KGW

TO THE DEV: JUST PLEASE SAY HELLO AND IT WOULD DO!
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Ultracoin @ BTC-e on: March 27, 2014, 09:05:03 AM
voted yes, because it is highly important for all small miners that a huge exchange like btc-e features an asic-resistant coin that can be still mined with GPUs.
apart from that: utc has freaking fast transfer times.

+2 on that. Dealing with the lightning fast transaction speed of UTC is awesome. I dread the days of waiting for 1 or 2 or 3 hours for BTC to show up in an account. My last manual withdrawal of UTC from mining pool showed up in my wallet before I could close the window on the desktop. Woot! I am amazed at the infrastructure trying to support Bitcoin as money. It's too slow for  transactions that need quick confirmation. Also trying to bash the coin based on premine is mute. The coin supply of UTC is already much greater than the premine.  I am in for 10K and holding. I vote yes.

+1
