Personally I'd be pretty optimistic if ETH returns to around 600-700 this year, and even that is pretty unrealistic considering recent trends.

An unbiased opinion would probably be around 500+ levels.

in the end when the blockchain and crypto market is mature, a 90% wipeout of altcoins isn't too far fetched imo

in addition to what mentioned above, always remember your risk/reward. For example buying a stablecoin at its all time low and wait a few months while it goes up and sell. good low risk/high reward strategy
