1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / HOW BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY CAN BE USED TO PREVENT FAKE FIAT CURRENCIES? on: October 09, 2018, 11:19:27 PM
According to literature cryptocurrencies can help avoid double spending and generating of fake currencies into the system. The blockchain technology which serves as a distributed ledger system for all transactions of bitcoin prevents double spending and also because the honest nodes on the bitcoin network outweighs the attacker nodes, the nodes within the network only confirms true transactions unto the blockchain other than any suspicious transactions.
Also, because the blockchain technology is an open source decentralized network everything occurring on the network is very transparent and therefore people can just make their own currencies into the system.
2  Economy / Speculation / BITCOIN'S VALUE WILL INCREASE ONCE ALL 21M BTC ARE MINED...SO HOLD YOUR BTC! on: October 09, 2018, 11:07:34 PM
Many people are scared that the price of bitcoin can never rise above 15k again but i disagree with this. The total number of bitcoin is 21M and currently about 16.9M has been mined already. Don't forget that, currently some online marketing platforms (Amazon & Ebay), institutions (UNICEF) now accept bitcoin as another mode of payment aside Electronic payment and fiat currency. The demand of bitcoin will increase with time as more institutions decide to embrace cryptocurrencies(bitcoin) as a payment method. As the demand starts to increase then you can be rest assured that the value of bitcoin will also increase. This is the future folks, don't be scared by the trend of the market and sell cheap because Green days are coming!
3  Other / Meta / Are Legendary and other higher rank members abusing the Merit System? on: September 23, 2018, 11:50:30 AM
No offence, but ever since i registered into this forum i have been observing some trend in this forum regarding the rewarding of merit to deserving post. I read that forum members should not beg nor pm other people for merits but rather make quality post and merits would be given.

One thing that i have observed is that Legendary members award themselves high number of merits even to any ordinary reply by his/her colleague makes on a topic. i am not against awarding merits to each other if it is deserving but i am just saying it is quite unfair to reward a fellow Legendary member high number of merits for just an ordinary post when another member can make a whole lot of research and just receive some few number of merits.
Just check out this whole thread and consider critically how the merits are being given out

For these two posts i just don't want to comment about it because it seems to me that, the rules are being broken for some people Undecided

I know someone may bring this arguement that any individual can give merit according to his/her discretion but the point is Legendary members are not ranking up to any further rank so why dash them that huge number of merits when there are other lower rank members who equally deserve to rank up with some quality post of theirs.
Let's all have a great week Cool
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum Actually Heading for a Collapse? on: September 16, 2018, 01:44:51 PM
No!  So when are you guys really going to understand cryptocurrencies. They are volatile folks and therefore its price is not constant.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or ETH in 2018 on: September 14, 2018, 08:21:57 PM
Bitcoin would forever be the King of cryptocurrencies because though its price has reduced it still dominates the cryptocurrencies market.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be careful with fake exchanges on: September 14, 2018, 08:15:53 PM
Thanks for the heads up because some hackers can play smart and manipulate the website of some exchange platforms so that they can have access to the private keys of cryptocurrencies enthusiasts
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin become an asset on: September 14, 2018, 04:51:01 PM
You know the reason why I think bitcoin has become an asset is because of the fact that the world is not ready to switch to sole digital currencies but I am sure as time goes on things are going to change for the better
