However they will eventually refill their hot wallets and be able to process withdraws but you need to be patient. They might or might not of had some support staff because back in May someone was active in this thread but who knows. Maybe they couldn't afford to pay this person anymore since BTC started crashing. It is not about refilling their hot wallet. It is about recovering my account. It's been more than a month ...

Hi, I am quite new to safedice, and i accidently forgot to register and i have been disconnected from my session. All my funds are blocked for about 2 weeks . I sent many emails to support@safedice.com explaining the whole thing and proving my identity but i had no answers. Could anyone do something plz ? Thank you
