When I'm think on currency, the bitcoins come in my mind.

I like them a lot and moreover what I suggest about that currency is that there is a bright future that is profitable and richer than it is now.

Project that the network of miners is really close to ideal, so the number of seconds in blocks can be calculated purely theoretically...

NO, The market might be over crowded with useless alts of bitcoin but in the end,

People know what to choose, that's why bitcoin still has the largest market cap of all the cryptocurrencies in existence.

Also, most experts and giants in the field are acknowledging bitcoin more than any other coins,

which gives traders confidence on the coins they picked, hence why the volume is still large even though some coins are gaining traction.

As for the legal side, many countries are starting to draft their own regulations and laws regarding bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

Japan is a fine example of bitcoin's legalization, and other countries would sure to follow suit.

I would like to see references and statistics about this.
But I would give a for your effort on sharing such idea and thoughts about the rank of bitcoins as a currency.
Though I believe that everyone already assume that bitcoin is the leading currency ever used,
I would still want more statistical results for such conclusions.
