I have turned off my ASICs in the US but the ones in Mexico are still running. I keep mining Siacoin until the fork , lying to myself that the price will spike haha

I am wondering if there are any USA guidelines about moving ASIC's across the border? I no longer want any of my crypto related stuff in the USA and want to move it all to CDMX but I cannot find any official government documents on the US side that specify anything about this. Is it enforceable in any manner?
