As i said earlier, there is price dump going on on almost every coin there is. As NAVY is ETH-based coin (if i remember correctly), you can surely say, that it price will go up with ETH. When it will happen - quite little people can say. |

You have any info on exchanges that have NAVY? As far as I know, this can be done on Livecoin or DDEX.io Although, there isn't much trading on Livecoin happening at the moment. Hmm.. Ok  How about Mercatox? There were some issues on mercatox recently, iirc. But Last time i checked, trading was quite lively. |
