Could not find this anywhere so had to register and start a topic. I cannot see any "support" link on their website and their latest tweet was in June or something so I'm here.

Apologies if I somehow failed to find an existing thread on this but I tried pretty hard.

Anyway - I lost my phone and along with it my OTP for MPH. So [Edit Accounts] and clicked on [Reset OTP 2 weeks later] and a line appears on the screen to say: "OTP reset link has been sent to your email. Please click that link to request OTP reset." All well and good.

Except I never got the email. I'm sure since I clicked it 2 weeks ago (honestly thought I misunderstood so I waited). Did it again this morning and still no e-mail.

Not even in my "junk" folder.

Looking back I only ever got like 4 emails from miningpoolhub (telling me my miner went down) and the last was March 1st and my miners have been dying from before and well after that so obviously SOMETHING is blocking emails from miningpoolhub, possibly. But sure as $hit isn't me doing all this. Mine is, however, a @mac.com address so it's likely Apple. I looked into settings and there is nothing I can set to allow or block anything Tim Cook doesn't want me to read.

Now I cannot go and change my e-mail as I don't have my OTP so we're going around in circles here.

Anyone with any suggestions, please let me know. I don't have a ton of money in my balance but it seems a waste.
