This is the first time I've experienced this problem... I delete the qora directory and create a new folder from the zip file. I enter my seed and password. My qora balance shows 0. This never happened before. Now it's happened 3 times in a row. Is this just me?
edit your settings.ini file as: knownpeers 146.185.141.232;162.243.170.76;85.21.237.35;193.242.149.63;113.250.226.131 start run.bat. Did it, still nothing. |

I was just using the NXT wallet. I think as much as possible Qora (I think he has already said as much) needs to have a very user friendly uncluttered basic front end. NXT wallet is horrible, too much going on when 95% of the time people just want to send and receive coins. So the less on the front end the better, hide it in menus etc...remember high levels users probably like yourself are not the target for a wallet if we want to be popular. I agree with that. Even Generated Blocks and Naming Service are not necessarily should be in the main menu. +1 |

Anyone know an exchange which will add Qora soon?
sharexcoin I don't know if it's in the developer's power or not to prevent qora from being listed on exchanges, but I think having qora listed on any old exchange with a bunch of crap coins is a mistake. I think qora will do much better on it's own exchange, or just one exchange and only one, preferably one that is in English and Chinese. I think part of what helped nxt was that it was difficult for exchanges to add it so it was limited to just 2 exchanges. It wasn't spread out and diluted. Anyways, just my opinion. Proceed to disagree. |

Version 4 is now available!Changes: - Now connects to the peers in settings first instead of last. - When a name ends on a space on the name exchange it will now show a '.' - When doubleclicking on a name in the name exchange it will show the correct name. - Database has been changed to the latest version + some other small things. I think Qora should be cautious to be on loads of exchanges but maybe coins have little control of that? I think one or two dedicated exchanges is far better than getting on tons of minor ones but that's just an opinion. While this may look great. It really isn't a good logo. Logos need to be simple. Something that can easily be recalled. Go ahead and do a google image search for "logo" you will see that all large companies have really simple logos that are easy to recognize. Not 3d pictures that look good. |
