I try withraw USD to Ok-Pay from Crypto-trade.com 21.03.2014, but it's stop and have status "waiting". I make 6 tickets to support, and they have status "open". I can't get answer from support.
Maybe someone knows what to do? I don't know...

It's not good, this btc withdraw are important for me - my kh/s low...

I think, bter.com have LOG files this movements...

My btc deposit empty and btc withdraw history empty and my wallet empy...

I don't know ID this my transaction!!!

No feedback from support@bter.com and admin@bter.com...

What must I do with this problem?
