I have made a 9K USD transfer from moneypolo to mtgox on the 24th of February.
It was never credited on mtgox before mtgox site was taken down as I have not received a deposit email from gox.
I have contacted moneypolo within 23 hours to request a reversal but have only been instructed to send an email to another address which has still not replied.

I believe a UK lawyer might be needed as the firm Mayzus Financial Services is registered in the UK to try and claim the money back.
Are there any other people in the same boat which would like to cooperate and share lawyer expenses.

Yes, I got a payment of real btc about 3.5 hours ago from bitcoinbuilder, I am verified there as I submitted verification docs a couple of days ago.
