I have always been your loyal customer and have always tried to spread good and positive information about your stock exchange. Unfortunately, the lack of relevant and verified information over the past few months has a destructive effect on my confidence, including other users.
I have been your customer since 2013 under the BTC-E exchange and I have always believed in your resurrection. I have always considered you the most trusted exchange, which you confirmed several times with your excellent attitude, especially following the FBI incident in 2017. The addition of other trading pairs and new features including orders during last few months this year was still filling me with the optimism of a good end.
I have regularly watched the token purchase and created my own token buyout development, which I have several times presented on Twitter:

Unfortunately, the latest news from your technicians here on the forum was a deep disappointment to me, and if it is true, I will be very sorry. I did not deserve such an end, neither you nor your exchange.
In the past few days, I made a few withdrawals from my account, and since I had the most funds in tokens, a 60% loss occurred when I transferred tokens into crypto. Due to the minimal trading volume, I was forced to sell the cryptos and buy a 4x overpriced ZEC to be able to withdraw even some funds from my account.
In total, I lost 90% of the original value, and I remember in vain the chance to withdraw 62% after your rebirth, including the possibility of selling the remaining 38% in tokens for 50% value, which would earn over 80% of my previous funds. Unfortunately, it happened.
I would therefore like to ask you right if there is any chance of opening withdrawals on my account on your exchange due to my previous approach and posts on Twitter.
I have always presented maximum of documents needed, I have no problem with proof of origin of the money and my account is verified of course.
