To kickstart crypto 2019 I decided to make a Bitcoin mini documentary: https://youtu.be/WgxD5DmS6z8Things I talked about: 1. Bitcoin's intrinsic value 2. How it could help underdeveloped countries 3. How it could help developed countries 4. Censorship Now I wanna ask your opinions on my main point which is: "Bitcoin's intrinsic value is the amalgamation of the platform, its users, and its development." Now I know some other more famous crypto influencers have mentioned things like decentralization, cost of production, etc., but I think those things are a means to an end and not the endgoal themselves. Like decentralization is for the purpose of censorship resistance and fraud prevention. So you I wanna know your opinions guys. OK I might agree with the first, but how does decentralization prevent fraud? Oh! And if there is censorship resistance, how the heck does it help when someone gets scammed? Decentralization doesn’t stop fraud please, but that doesn’t mean I’m against it, but get your facts right. |

Because nobody knows when the market will start to rise. But, as I expected, this time not from Sales just stopped and watched the market and appreciate this time with I family on the grounds that in a few months the market will start to rise. So this time there is no compelling reason to offer. I don't know myself and I can't predict the increase. But if the coin that I hold is valid and worth holding, I better hold it or I have to cut my losses.
You never mentioned the coin you’re holding , so I don’t know if it is Bitcoin or eth or any other coin. But if what you’re holding is one of the top ten coins, then you should continue holding it till the second half of the year. A lot of experts believe that there is going to be a huge change before this year ends. And there have also been some predictions that the first half of this year might be pretty tough , but after that, the second half is when we will see the bull run. So hold tight. |

the wheel continues to rotate, ethereum had dropped to a 2 digit number. but predictions that ethereum will continue to plummet are now answered, ethereum prices are recovering and will continue to rise next year
This could also be said for other coins in the market. There are fluctuations in the market and this is why in looks unpredictable but the chances of rise in the values of the coins are not low and are rather green. Time to invest. |

There are still so many people and investors that believe in bitcoin. So i think bitcoin will not disappear easily. Bitcoi n will still recover and will dominate the market again.
That is the main reason why bitcoin is not going to disappear, as long as some people keep believing in it and keep using it then bitcoin is going to be here with us, in fact I will say that it is completely the opposite, each day bitcoin is getting stronger and more people are adopting it so the chances that bitcoin is going to disappear are incredibly low. currently, bitcoin is still standing because bitcoin is still trusted and some people are still fighting for bitcoin. although the state of bitcoin is currently experiencing a sharp decline. they certainly have a sense of doubt, but they also can still survive. Things that are never stable whenever you might expect because that is virtual money that makes anxiety and happiness about prices in the future. In this era of technology, the old technology are obsolete by the arrival of new technologies and services in the market so it would be acceptable if on the arrival of a more potential technology, Bitcoin ends. But that is not going to happen soon. |

Cryptocurrency market is always volatile, there is nothing like stabilizing. I don’t really know why you guys keep asking if price has stabilized, how do you expect something you were told is volatile to become stable all of a sudden, it doesn’t work like that. It can reach a price and act like it’s stable, but within few minutes or hours, check back and you will see that the price has moved to another price. Unfortunately, but what is happening now, that is not the real situation on the market, because a large part of traders and financial institutions already have a Christmas break. I think that in a few days we may have a surprise that will again shake the entire cryptocurrency market.
Don’t tag this to a Christmas break, even when you’re on a holiday you can still trade online stocks and assets (including cryptocurrency) this has nothing to do with Christmas break cause the price has been this way since the beginning of this year, even the price has increased from $3000 to $4000 ($4200+ this morning) so nothing to do with Christmas at all. If the stability is the result of the aligned market forces, it is the real stability and the growth in the values of the coins would be real growth rather than the artificial growth that often acts as a trap to outwit people and attract them to invest. |

In my opinion. perhaps this policy is to boost the value of Facebook shares which continue to decline in the trading market due to data leaks that have occurred. so that Facebook starts a new innovation in the crypto world so that the value of shares will increase again and gain the value of trust from the public. in my opinion, this is a good innovation so that it will further develop the crypto world.
Well see these are companies and the basic purpose is to make huge money. So this policy of Facebook will be very instrumental in attracting some more users to use it and over mask the fall in the reputation of the Facebook due to the leakage of the data. |

No it was not pumped up due to ICO and was rather having a good market because of fast pace of growth, stability in price and the rise in Bitcoin as well. Keep a watch this time and as Bitcoin rose, ETH will follow sharp. |

I don't understand where are going to crypto market. I was holding my coin last 1 year but still market down and I am waiting until 2020 and try to buy altcoin and btc.SO i think this time only for hold and btc will back again.
Despite so much depreciation in the market values, if you are still so committed, I will tell you that one day you are going to be a millionaire in the crypto. It is this passion that keeps you going in the pursuit of prosperity. So it makes you one of the habitant because it is about time and loyalty and you are being loyal in the business and expect the rise for which you invest more and more so better be optimistic and wait for the millions. |

I think you should add one more thing is the discipline of an investor. Because the strategy and plan of the trader is more important than anything. If the investor does not have a strategy, he will not get anything.
That is exactly correct. Strategy and plan is pf the prime importance and once you have a good strategy and plan, you would not find it hard to escape loss. But if you do not have one, be sure that the market slaps when you are not active. |

For better or worse, a cashless world is coming. Such a thing would have been unheard of in the 1800s, and boy how times have changed. is it though? i've heard the fearmongering about sweden, but i don't see anything like that happening in the USA. cash economies are still really prevalent here. where i live, gas prices are lower if you're paying with cash vs card and most people i know still use cash (at least sometimes). Which is a dominant side of the cash I think because not all of them are going to use the e-payments and this is also evident in China. Though they might not be against the e-payments but they would also like their own currencies demanded more. |

this is a future demand where users want to be easier, safer and faster in all the shopping activities they do and this has begun to be offered by crypto with the benefits that everyone wants. currently crypto is still being opposed by many countries but in time they will need more than fiat
This is not just about the shopping thing but it has a huge market around it and I believe that the public markets becoming cashless in Philippines is a good thing because they have financial crisis and I think this will help them heal the economy. |

The trade war between the United States and China has affected many countries in the world and our markets have been affected by it. We should see this as an opportunity for us. The investment will now not be wasted. The price of bitcoin will increase in 2020. so many rumors about this, but in fact panic sell is the most effective thing that makes the price of bitcoin down now. well, but right now we just need to be patient until prices rise again. Rumors also play a big part in the panic selling which lead to crash in the market and prices keep falling down. Anything can easily fall but to rise do take time. So patience is absolutely key and another thing is that one should do their own research and then decide if to believe to rumors or not. Actually in the previous times it was not hard for the price to start rising but nowadays because of the long time dump and frequent dumps people are disappointed and worried and they do not come again sooner after they sell. Once they start trusting the crypto again the value will rise higher. |

There is direct price effect on altcoins. You know, I've traded stocks and S&P 500 affect other markets, so here is the same situation in crypto.

It is because most of altcoins are in the trading pair of Bitcoin only and when the value of Bitcoin reduces then it automatically reduces the price of these coins. Majority of the investors lose their money and most of them withdraw their money which collapses the market. |

Overall yes. But it doesn't seem like this year. Trading, bounty, Ico and even mining are less profitable this year, very different from 2017. But to be honest, cryptocurrency has given me hope and a great opportunity to get what I want and get what I feel is impossible before. Bitcoin can never substitute for traditional fiat currency.
It was designed for different purpose and can hardly fit requirements put forward to fiat currency. If anything, there should be some new Cryptocurrency that will fit society needs and it will not be Bitcoin.
No, it cannot replace fiat, but I can admit that in 5-7 years, the cryptocurrencies will be used ion most places, including the land stores (not online shops only). For me, it will be very convenient. Without Fiat we can not know the true value of bitcoin. Fiat make us know what bitcoin price is. And the best bitcoin can get to is to be a competitor to fiat and not replace it. Actually this Bitcoin is the new updated form of decentralized money and it will be a universal and accepted world wide in future when everyone around the world would recognize its importance. |
