If ethereum network has these issues, why is Infleum based on ETH network?

Yes I know CryptoKitty. It  caused a huge ruckus. Literally brought down ETH network and in a way it was negative for the entire crypto community. That's why you won't even hear about this DAPP anymore.

There are lots of DAPP platforms that have been launched but a lot of them fail to deliver or raise, like Yappadappadoo. Seems like DAPPs is the new Lambo material.

And how are you going to get the DAPPs on the network?

How are you going to reward the content creators and influencers? As in what proportion and how will you find out what to pay and to whom?
