I actually managed to claim SBTC today but only with enabled segwit option . With disabled segwit i'm still getting the same issue it says Warning : A transaction could not be updated

SBTC is now back online. It was previously down for maintenance.

I have problem claiming SBTC , BTX, BCX, BCI, UBTC and BCL i'm using the BIP39 Mnemonic option and i'm getting the following issue : A transaction could not be updated

Already contacted support via email waiting for answer for 5 days
