1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Censorship resistance, but then the additive layer of information censorship on: October 29, 2018, 06:12:42 PM
Removal of that layer of censorship was possible in the crypto world, because of it being decentralised. When it is decentralised, there will be not layer of censorship, which means all kind of transactions are possible as long as the transactions are valid. So, it can be said that Biycoin has already done the job.
2  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Precautionary Steps to Avoid Becoming A Victim of Crypto Crime on: October 29, 2018, 05:58:02 PM
The steps you have mentioned here are too basic and people have been hearing about them for a long time. However, this kind of posts are really helpful to those who are new here. People in this world should always be cautious.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How are non-BTC SHA256 altcoins different? on: October 29, 2018, 05:42:55 PM
First off SHA-256 is a cryptographic hash function. SHA-256 algorithm creates an almost unique, fixed size 256bit aka 32 byte hash. If you're interested in the technology there are several platforms that provide an in-depth source of information that explains what it does, how it differs from others and so on. I'd suggest on doing a little research on your own to get a better idea.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Noon Review of 25th, Oct, 2018 on: October 27, 2018, 09:21:36 AM
Bit frustrating to see all the coins declining. It was stable than this even two days ago. I hope this declining trend doesn't continue. Its not the time to panic but to have patience.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Energy Consumption! on: October 27, 2018, 09:04:51 AM
Not only for bitcoin, we should use clean energy for all industries. Yes mining coins requires a lot of energy and so does the others industries. If there is a talk of new, safe and green energy; I think every industry should start using that; not just bitcoin.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: The economic function of Bitcoin on: October 27, 2018, 08:51:48 AM
Bitcoin is helping the economy since it was launched. I don't think bitcoin acts as a central bank. Yes bitcoin is facing a downfall but this trend will not continue as soon as we enter the bull run.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: does ethereum end? on: October 27, 2018, 08:39:54 AM
Like the classic ethereum wave,Litecoin has all experienced a very low decline. I think all of them will experience price recovery but we don't know when recovery will occur. And this is not the end for ethereum as the second main crypto and that makes no sense.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will there be good news welcoming the end of 2018? on: October 26, 2018, 11:25:20 AM
The stats might indicate some of that sort, but the volatility of the coin comes in the middle. It's a good news that the coins are now in a much stable position, so the good news might come all on a sudden.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: cryptocurrency vs civic/complementary currency on: October 26, 2018, 10:55:33 AM
A comparison between cryptocurrency and the civic/complementary currency is bound to happen. However, what advantages crypto has over civic is serious and intriguing question. Waiting for someone to come up with the answer.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Bullrun will start? on: October 24, 2018, 02:23:19 AM
It is not easy to predict when will the bull run start. It has no cycle or pattern of recurring. Last year it happened around this time. We hope for a bullrun very soon; possibly in December 2018 or very early 2019.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's with all the comparison between blockchain and banks? on: October 24, 2018, 01:57:25 AM
Bank and blockchain has something simillar but different purpose. Blockchain is not here to completely replace banks. I think there should not be a competition and both this can co-exist.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Single Sign On and Mass Adoption on: October 24, 2018, 01:38:42 AM
This idea about ease of adoption is simple, but it has one fatal problem that you have mentioned, which is Security. With such a considerable risk of security, it is unlikely that any users wil be interested in joining in that way. The risk of security will negate all possible interest of the users.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please Help me out. Cryptoflow cold wallet problem on: October 20, 2018, 03:14:45 AM
You should always be careful about the transactions you're making to prevent getting into issues. Best idea would be to contact someone who has considerable knowledge about dealing with this issue and not doing that could make the issue even more complicated.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shill me some alts on: October 20, 2018, 02:50:07 AM
There are some new altcoins with potential. EOS, Komodo, XRP, THT, Zilliqa are gaining a lot of attention and they are worth investing in. Do your own research too; invest carefully.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much budget is needed in a successful ICO? on: October 20, 2018, 02:23:18 AM
Cost management is very important in every project. And ofcourse building a strong community that will help you grow your project and make it a successful ICO. I'd choose an ICO marketing service that can help me focus on that.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoin do you invest in and do you trust the most? on: October 17, 2018, 03:51:12 AM
The most stable Altcoin should be the one that would be trusted by almost everybody. Etherium is the most stable of all the altcoins. It has a lot of potential, and it is often considered as the leading Altcoin.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Does it take to create a Cryptocoin on: October 15, 2018, 04:16:11 AM
Creating a cryptocoin or starting any sort of business venture requires a well thought out plan and a good business model. If you do anything rushed it won't have any chance of success and because of this you need to think it through what it is you are aiming for and make a solid foundation if you want to succeed in any venture.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Casper Update - NEWS? on: October 15, 2018, 03:25:06 AM
As far as I know, a new version of Casper update has been added. This update will later be upgraded to Shasper, combining the new Casper update and Sharding technology.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should governments accept Crypto currencies? on: October 14, 2018, 03:23:03 AM
Well, nothing can be considered as fixed and not to be so pessimistic. Govt. can accept the crypto as a step of acquiring the global coin, not only to carry on their illegal activities. Also, it might affect the national market, but it will push the individuals to progress such will eventually be beneficial for the country.
20  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WAS BITCOIN CREATED FROM A PHENOMENAL TECHNOLOGY? on: October 14, 2018, 03:14:13 AM
The blockchain technology is quite impressive. Bitcoin is solely based on this technology. This blockchain techmology has enough strong features to be considered as a phenomenal technology.
