After all these days had passed since you do make such questions but still OP didnt tend to answer it out which i do have actually the same questions in my mind too. Teams/Sites transparency and with that Freaky Boa image on the exchange.It isnt really appealing on the eyes actually even it has a Boa on exchangers name but putting that image is irrelevant or not necessary at all. He seems like he does not care to win people's confidence and to gain the trust of people he would have to show that he cares about people and the first step would be to answer my questions.
