hiding stuff? what are you talking about, im sorry but what you say does not make any sense. and nomatter what your reasoning is, you tell me personally that you quit.

you are being very rude by posting it on a forum and just deleting me on skype.and about the thread locking, the moment you told me you didnt like it i unlocked it....

When you quit your job you tell your boss, you dont just leave. when you break up with your girlfriend , you tell her and you dont just never show up anymore.when you have an apointment with a person and you cant make it, you call them, you dont leave them waiting for you....

this is common in society, and falls under general polightness

I got news for you....... I'm not your girlfriend.  And I respect you enough to leave a message at least here. I didn't have to do that, I did that for your sake.
Got some more news, you are not my boss either. You should be thankful for the time all these people spent on your project. Nobody really had to you know.

It's no point in discussion politeness because that is obviously not your area.

And I think I've heard enough from you.

Bye
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ASIC-RESISTANT] UltraCoin (UTC) - Ultrafast 6 second transactions!! on: June 04, 2014, 02:11:54 PM
Well I thought I would owe it to everyone to say something about this development of UTC.

I am leaving UTC because of lack of community support and leadership. I have a lot of patience with people, but I'm not wasting anymore of my time. Here is why.
You can only spend so much time on something to realize that without help and commitment that this project is standing still.
Some things have come to light that I did not know of when I embarked on this project, which I know now is the reason for the dev teams struggle all this time.
I have spent a lot of time on the coin these months I have been with UTC and I am thankful for the people I've met and experiences I've had.

If you would like to ask me any questions feel free to send me a PM.

Why do you delete me on skype ,say absolutely nothing to me that you quit, and then i have to read it on a forum, just like with dc girl....

this is rude and unprofessional......

If you want to quit, nobody can stop you, but is it really to much to ask to say it to your own team members?

Well, I didn't delete you because I had quit. I deleted you because you were getting on my last nerve. I have had lots of thoughts in my head, do I stay or do I quit?
And you locking the thread really pissed me off, that was really stupid.
I worked my ass off for this project for months, for free. Because I wanted to, I don't owe you anything. In fact you should apologize for hiding stuff from us.
I'm not going to listen to your sob stories anymore, I do not feel sorry for you.  I do hope you get out of the darkness you are stuck in.
You are always quick to point fingers on everyone else, you need to look in the mirror and take a good look at yourself right now.
And I'm saying that because I know you have what It takes to change what you need to. It's your choice. Good luck.

Edit: I saw what you wrote about my leadership comment. And I know you like to play the blame game. I'm not trying to push you down or anything. I really hope you learn from your mistakes though.
You should really take a good look at what you are doing, and see what you can do to improve as a leader. I have no doubt that you will continue on to victory, only people with Iron will can do that.
But for me this journey is over, and it has been fun and I have learned from it. You should too!

I do wish you the best.

Very nice message full of good sentiments, but unfortunately a bit too late: UTC has all the chances in the world to remain a failed coin.
Not that I'm particularly rejoying myself over that (quite the opposite indeed given the sums invested) it is just a cold statement that corresponds to the reality of what we're living:
we did not pass the hype wave, so we're sinking.
Soon we'll rest in peace at the bottom of the ocean, like a titanic of sorts.
altogether.

This is not the first time this has been said in this thread. We dont need people liek you here so you can just get out as well. fuck off
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ASIC-RESISTANT] UltraCoin (UTC) - Ultrafast 6 second transactions!! on: May 28, 2014, 04:47:45 PM
I have to write something that is on my mind.

And you all wonder why people are even thinking about leaving. People are working hard behind the scenes while people in here just come and make demands.
Telling us "oh you should do this, and you should do that. Why is the price so low? Why dont you work instead of having thumbs up your asses" and what not.
How the fuck do you think that makes anyone feel? This is just not a place where you buy some coins and expect to get rich unless you are into pump and dump schemes.

THIS IS A COMMUNITY, WE HELP EACHOTHER OUT. And to be honest not many of you out here act like you are. THIS IS NOT A CORPORATION. You cant just demand things because you invested.
If you want to make a change, put in some time. Make an effort.

If you would just participate and make UTC a success, as much as you guys whine in this motherfucking thread. Maybe the price wouldnt be so low now would it?

Everyone in the UTC dev team give up their time for this to be a success. I dont want everyone to feel guilty about this, but there are a lot of people just coming in here and whine about what price UTC is at and that we should work harder. I say HELP US OUT, OR GET THE FUCK OUT. END OF DISCUSSION.

To all UTC team members; great work ya all doing!

Nice blogs, arb site, utccharts.com , UTC site, sponsoring etc etc.

I have an idea for the UTC sponsoring @ www.elsahammond.com. When I open the site I see a BIG DONATE BITCOIN logo. What can be done to place a nice DONATE UTC logo below this. With an link to a donate UTC page, just like www.elsahammond.com/bitcoin. That would be great. A sticker on her boat whould be nice, but I think it's to late for that. But more attraction on her site would be great.

And someone PLEASE make an Android wallet. That would be great, send UTC in seconds from your phone wallet. I see it is in progress, but when ETA?

once again; thanks for al your work.

Nice to see you in the discussion! We are working to make that happen as well!
It would be a whole lot better to have a qr code for the donations. But until then we have to work with what we got!

Hmmmmmm Bumface.... you sound really as a spoiled little whiney girl which can not take any critic and want only here the nice things and want's to hear how beautiful you are Tongue

Ok kiss kiss .....

...and for you the same dear nanoprobe;

... "do you even now what the discussion was ?
Did you even read the deleted post ?
So do you now what you are talking about ?
Or a you just a blind follower Huh..."

Seriously Marnie. If you want to ask questions there is no problem with that. But posting the same questions over and over......and over is not going to do you any favors. Not here or any other place on bitcointalk forum.
And also resulting into personal attacks in the end kind of shows what kind of maturity level you are on right now. It is not okay to act the way you do, not here and not in real life. So i suggest if you want a real discussion to pull your act together. We welcome it.

And also for you people out there who are a bit unsure of what is going on, there is a whole thread to read through. If you don't have the strenght to do that, i am working on a way for you guys to being able to have a better overview of whats going on and being able to participate more. I wrote about it a few posts back. Please have a little patience, we have a lot on our plate. If you are not patient and want things to go faster, you are welcome to participate in the development. We want you to.

Thank you

I'm sure this is an ongoing concern, but where is the transparency. I hardly understand what the devs are doing. The community supporters get tidbits now and again, but what I don't understand is the direction this coin is going. It's funny to say to the moon, but the community supporters need more. We don't need detailed information on what devs are exactly doing, but we do need a concrete plan or some form of step by step process for an end goal. Just a progress report or something since cryptocurrencies are based primarily on perception. If we were given two steps such as rocket and then to the moon, that doesn't explain anything. It would bring in more confidence to include steps, goals, until the end stretch of the moon is realized. Even if goals aren't realized, the community received enough respect to receive updates. Please update through bitcointalk because let's face it, the community isn't large enough to migrate to the forums.

Right now, the coin is hugely undervalued, it's already more or less tied to a fiat to crypto through crypto-trade. The only difference between the present and a couple months ago is that all the "hot" money has disappeared as confidence has waned. I think dev transparency will help towards the viability of UTC to the moon plan.

We are working on getting the transparency out there, and i have already a plan for this in the works. It is important for the dev team to being able to communicate what our plans are, and also for the community to have an overview of what is going on. And also for the community to being able to be active as well and see what other community members are doing right now to help UTC move forward.

This is very important and i will keep you guys posted about this. Smiley

Hi mottsimon! Nice to see a new face in here and we are truly sorry that you are upset with us about the wallet. We have fixed several issues with it already that really needed to be adressed.
And we are a serious working team towards making more improvements. We really want to make our wallet more user friendly and we have that in mind as well.
And wallet files are being updated on our website now as we speak. So we are changing it from .rar to .zip instead.

You may have got the impression we have our finger up our asses, but if you stick around this thread you will surely see that this is not the case.

Other than that, i'd like to welcome you to our community!

/Jakob
