i am developer of Pegasus Coin.
we start talking about listing and listing fee.
after that i saw coingencko warning and i told them "i am sorry i cant pay this amount because of that"
this is c-cex answer.  This is fake C-Cex support. Real C-Cex support don't answer via email, only via your account in support. Be carefull!!! I also spoke with such fake support accounts in Telegram. this is offical mail adress.
thats my proof.  No, this twitter account is also fake! Be careful! I spoke with them, they asked for BTC to activate my account! Don't send it them! Support is only through the c-cex site. If your account is locked then use instruction, i've sent earlier. you always deffance c-cex.
why is that?
you are admin of c-cex?
if they are scammers why didn't they accept the payment I offered?
i did not trust this exchange.
they are really rude.
No, I don't defend c-cex. It really works weird. But I don't like scammers who uses fake account to ask money for fake help. All exchanges have such fake accounts in all social networks - Telegram, Twitter, Facebook etc. |

I don't understand why people still use this exchange  Didn't you had already enough warnings? If the owner wants to get all your balances, I think he would say that all balances were stolen and close exchange. Instead of it I think he just reduces costs. lol ya nubcake its a way for unsuspecting people to send coins there to get stolen... why would he close if people keep sending crypto there for him to steal lol. Ok, I'm not forcing someone to use this exchange. I use it, and my money are ok. If you look on coinmarketcap, because of all news about c-cex, the exchange rate is about zero. I don't think that people send a lot of money. |

Good for you, if they did able to unblock your account but on the rest cases on here do happen on opposite way specially the accounts which do have big balances. Yes. many will not see their money  Hi, I found the solution. C-Cex uses automatic account enabling. You should create a support ticket. Use Type of issue: accessing your account and e-mail, which you used when registered. It could be different than current. If you get blank screen, use proxy to access. Good luck You clearly dont know Yuri, he can and does block users from making support tickets even if all the tickets have been clean and not spammed.. he just a thief atm. Yes, I don't know Yuri. But I use trading robots and sometimes my accounts are being blocked. But with the algorithm above I unblock it easily. The algorithm is tricky, so I want to share it with other people. Just want to help. |

Don't know, but it doesn't matter. As I said, unlocking account is automated and you can do it in 5 minutes by creating support ticket. It is important to use email, used during registration (not current email). so withdrawals are working? Don't know about withdrawals, I just said about account unblocking. |

Please help us to find out the reason of blocking.

2 accounts blocked with having $3000 balance on it? Dont know whats on your mind but you should consider first on checking out their main thread or their current reputation and situation before making any deposits and as you can see tons of people who do have complaints into this exchange and until now it isnt still resolved and you still decide to deposit and adding up on the pile of complainants of this scammy exchange. No one can help you out but only them but its long time already that they arent answering on supports. You are a very clever person. |

Сразу же написал в техническую поддержку. Ответа нет, как я пояснений.
Эта биржа, которая позиционирует себя надежной?!
