So I have over 300,000 GHC that i mined in the first week and havent touched the coins since and am only staking 50 GHC evry couple of days? Is that normal?? Seems like POS is going waaay slow
Maybe you have your wallet locked? That means that it can't mine, unless you unlock it for minting only. Nope the wallet is not locked. Even if it was it wouldnnt receive anything. The thing is that I am receiving something but just small amounts. Same for me ... wallet is not looked. POS was working with no problems for days ... then i had to restart PC , since that time , no more POS ... any idea ? Wallet ist the new version . |

About the premine, the dev should sell them to cut his losses, whats another 100k going to do to this coin?
Dev should sell the premine? Are you mental or are you the dev himself? Its worth so little now, like 0.2 BTC. Let him take what is left from his 6 BTC investment. He did put time into this coin and can no longer continue due to his REAL life job. Shit happens but wouldn't be nice to leave with something? You could buy a million SMC for 2 BTC at the current rate. Our market cap is almost 10,000$!!! With 25 BTC you could buy all SMC that exists. Your worried about the 100k premin worth less than a 100$? If the Dev is telling the truth and invested 6 BTC he leaves with nothing? I don't care if he invested 100 BTC, it was his risk and honestly he didn't do a good job at all plus he was lying to us. And to anyone saying we were sitting on our arses doing nothing, I can just laugh about that, you obviously havent been in the IRC channel. Several people were working on different projects for SMC including new websites etc, one of them actually looked really good but dev refused it for whatever reason, even though his own site looked like shit. Besides, I don't believe him anyway. The only reason he actually winded up here again after having disappeared is probably because these internet kids were threatening him and he actually got scared because his profile was here. It's clearly wrong to threaten somebody but on the other side I can understand their anger. It's not about this coin failing or you quitting, it's about HOW you quit. You caused a mess by changing the reward, not compiling a windows wallet and then left without saying a word. That's fucked up... +1000 |

Tested three pools ... all i get is rejects and stale ... strange ... samen config is working fine for rotocoin and vertcoin ... no idea left ...
Any thoughts ?

is this true? yes,unfortunatly scam me too. i am understand my worker work but they closed my account.if u are in,close it fast they stole my 2k,faaaaaak them How is okaypool scamming ? Have mined there since launch & not have problems. Just wanted to know. mined there , because no connection to other pools or other pools down ... so far no problems . Received my payment without any problems . By the way , to be safe just set Automatic Payout Threshold to 1000 ... that's what i did  |

I see a lot of activity in mining this coin. Looks like Ghost coin is about to be really popular now. What is the current hashrate now for Ghost coin? DO NOT SELL YOUR LTB for the BUY ORDERS on the exchanges, especially CRYPTO-RUSH! Those BUY ORDERS are from Investor who basically want to buy a $100 BILL for ONLY $1 --- Would you sell a $100 BILL to someone for $1  ?? The exchanges are FULL of investors like that scamming to make a killing, so beware! Some are so dirty, they use 2 trade accounts: 1 to 'dump' coins for dust then quickly buy them back with a 2nd account to make the BUYS and SELLS really LOW to trick you into thinking the market sucks, and you should sell LOW right away...... But its a nasty dirty trick! also, keep in mind that JULY 2013 litecoin was worth $1.86 in 6 months it hit about $20..... NEVER sell your coins when they first hit exchanges... or you will regret it later have patience and let the exchange rate rise --- dont be so desperate to get some btc CHUMP-CHANGE! lOl also, if you do sell, DO NOT TRY TO SELL LOWER THAN THE OTHER GUYS..... those investors laugh and sit back while you miners "go to war" with each other in a competition to see who can give away the most coins for "dust" Ask for MORE when selling, or sell for the same as someone else instead! Be smart when trading... and have patience --- do not expect an instant quick trade or you will get screwed. WHEN SELLING, ALWAYS ENTER A HIGH RATE! DO NOT SELL FOR "DEFAULT" rate in the box! DO NOT JUST ENTER THE QTY & PRESS SUBMIT ! BTW, I am holding on to the 2 LTB i just received, and will cherish them for a long time before even thinking about exchanging them!  While I agree with most of this logic. We all have to keep in mind that it's all a game between us as miners, and them as speculators. I have played both parts, I'm sure most of us have to a degree. As such, I know damn well that they are not going to randomly drop a ton of money on a coin (any coin) as long as they know that 75% of the coins are being held by the miners. Period. They are not going to "buy in" in any large way, only to have people with all the coins (in this case, the miners) dump on them. Certainly not at a premium price, they are going to need to "get it cheap" in their mind, to reduce the risk of loosing. At least some of the coins have to come out for the price to rise. Example: You spoke of LTC jumping up in price... Do you remember what happened just prior to the huge insane price jump? The fact is LTC stayed for months and months at the $2-3 range, people were scared to buy in because the whales were holding 80% or so of the coins. In the day or two preceding that rise, most of the really big holders of LTC dumped a bunch of it onto the market. Fontas, Davidpate, Koolio, Simplyfun just to name a few that I KNOW of, all dumped LTC at about the same time (I sold off 600 I had been holding since april ...sigh). Suddenly hundreds of thousands of LTC's hit the market... BOOM! The price dumped hard... Then, it shot to the moon... as people were no longer scared to buy it (a big part of it China). Fact is, the price could not rise with all of them being held by a very few big holders. Us as the miners currently holding all the coins, need to be aware of this, and let at least of few of the coins out into the market at a slightly lower rate. We cannot expect to just sit on 80% of the coins and dictate that people have to pay "our price". That is just not how the game works. The speculator's don't have to be the enemy, we need to let them make a dollar too. agree . +1 |

we need to start adding more uses for this coin, or it wont hold value..
we need a promotional video, dice games, LTBPAY stuff like this is what will make the coin valuable.
then worry about getting on another exchange, if ppl don't have use for this coin then it has no value
Well the rules are different now in cryptoland. Volume = value. So for example, if it gets added to cryptsy, it reaches more people -> more volume -> value. Name successful coins that actually have a purpose at the moment? All coins are the same. +1000 |

I have voted this coin for cryptsy. If PandaCoin, Dogecoin and CatCoin and other ShitCoins from the same developer with 5 Post on this forum and 100 Accounts are or will come to cryptsy, then LiteBar is a Must.
