Does Mercatox steal all your NBT as well? Or is it only XSG that they steal?

Where is my money Mercatox?


Mercatox stole a few thousand XSG from me, and refuses to acknowledge there is a problem.


I have no idea why people are still using this exchange. I wish I had looked into the  company background before actually using it 

A Costa Rican guy named Ronald Rodrigues, setup a fake shell company in the UK, using a storefront Regus office as it's mailing address, that according to it's tax returns, made £1000 in 2017.

No that is not a joke

Why are people still mining this coin and adding new pools?

This coin is a long dead/exit scam

Another week goes by, another message from Mercatox giving me a fobbed off answer as to where my money is.

I have been waiting 2 months now for my XSG and still nothing.

This exchange is the biggest scam I've ever had to deal with.

They won't just admit that the money has been stolen and tell us what they are going to do to resolve it.

Absolute shocking disgrace of customer service.

WHERE IS MY MONEY MERCATOX? 

I have been trying to withdraw my XSG from Mercatox for WEEKS now, and can't because their wallets are constantly showing as in maintenance.

I have logged multiple service desk calls with them asking what is going on, all they ever do is ignore me or respond telling me to have patience (bearing in mind I have been chasing them over and over again for several weeks)

I can't believe that they won't even give anyone a straight forward answer as to how much longer it is going to be days/weeks/months/never

I have lost all confidence in ever using Mercatox again, as they cannot guarantee that I will ever be able to see my money again or give me any sort of reasonable explanation as to what is going on.

Several people have been affected, making it near impossible for people to trade XSG

Come on Mercatox, for once actually tell us what is going on. The length of time that you have been holding our money hostage is completely unacceptable.
