Without.exchange is free to use. It have a zero spread if buyer og seller use an average rate from e.g. Coinpaprika or Coinmarketcap  (same for both sell and buy). We shall benefit of spread-not an exchanges.
Unfortunately it is valid for those countries where Revolut is working so US must wait a little. Someon with programming skills mayby could bypass facebook and create a escrow solution...
